Hombres and chicas! It has come to the benevolent attention of our glorious
Revolucionary Counsel that the holdings of the Freiboden Liga across the ocean are under threat. The machinations of our Olde World foes have follo ed our brave con!uistadores across the seas. The enemies of the "ueblos still attem"t to tear do n the glorious Liga and reinstate the hated nobles to their "ositions of vice and o""ression. El Companias del Pueblos are a group of revolutionaries and conquistadors from the
Paios Bajos Panioles, an area of southern Freiboden that borders Bantustan. They have been sent to the e! "orld to ensure the ideals of the Freiboden #iga are truly embedded in the colony there and to help protect it from counter$revolutionary activity. They have been empo!ered by the %evolutionary Council to act as both a guard against e&ternal military threats and as an internal police force amongst the colony. The conquistadors have been accompanied by members of the priesthood of the 'mith, !hose (no!ledge of the !ea(nesses of the living body are used to uncover information for the good of the #eague. These Felicistas are respected and feared in Panioles, and they bring that reputation !ith them.

he )niform of the Compania del Pueblos is not totally standardised and is based heavily on the peasant clothing of the pueblos of Panioles. The high temperatures found in Paios Bajos Panoiles have led to a distinctive style that consists of a long$sleeved and light$coloured shirt to prevent sunburn but help (eep cool* +ver the top of this is !orn a plain or padded jer(in or doublet. This can be fashionably cut and ornamented for high feast days, or more commonly of bro!n leather or undyed cotton. #arge, striped breeches are a Paniolan tradition and their baggy nature also helps (eep cool. , flat or !ide$brimmed hat is essential to (eep off the sun and impresses the nearby Bantustanis. -ose, and stout boots or sandals complete the uniform A
