All Vendors Must Supply Their Own EZ-Up, Tables, Chairs, Etc. Spaces are 12' X 12'. If you do not fit in the space, you must purchase an additional space; no exceptions. Space Fees for all 3 days prior to April 5: $250 Merchandise/Craft Vendor/Pkg. Yucaipa Music & Art Festival Policy Important Please Read: You may leave your set-up for the weekend as there will be security, but take anything of value with you each night. All registration forms must include clear photographs of the majority of merchandise to be sold, photograph of setup or samples sent along with application. No exceptions! If we do not receive photographs or information of your booth, your application will not be approved. Upon approval, applicants will be assigned a space on a first come, first served basis. In order to ensure a standard of quality and balance for our Yucaipa Music & Art Festival, a limited number of commercial vendors will be allowed. Only one vendor from each MLM or DSM will be allowed to participate. Vendor approval is at the discretion of the committee. No vendor will be allowed to solicit business outside their assigned space- NO EXCEPTIONS! Please make checks payable to Yucaipa Valley Chamber of Commerce and mail to Yucaipa Valley Chamber of Commerce/Yucaipa Music & Art Festival, 35139 Yucaipa Blvd., Yucaipa, CA 92399 or fax to (909) 363-7373. I have read and understand that I must comply with the Yucaipa Music & Art Festival Policies listed above. I also agree to protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City of Yucaipa, the Yucaipa Valley Chamber of Commerce, Agents, Employees and volunteers from all loss, damage and claim resulting from the event. I understand if the Yucaipa Music & Art Festival Policy is not upheld, my booth may be closed immediately and my fees will not be returned.
