Reducing Risk: 1. Adequate fall prevention equipment be in place and worn appropriately and anchor at a fixed point 2. Inspection or working tools prior the commencement of the task 3. Continuous use of required PPEs 4. Immediate arrangement & evacuation of the dismantled materials with forklift 5. Housekeeping should be ongoing 6. Only the designated personnel for this task Supervision by: RIGGS Project Supervisor / ????????? Labour: ???????? Equipment: PPEs, Hand Tools, Slings, Chain Blocks, Machine, Welding Machine, Lifting Rope, Fire Blanket, Fire Extinguisher &forklift Lifting devices/special tools: Scaffold, Ladders ,Crane & forklift Working permits will be requested in advance Permit must be approved and signed prior start of work (Hot work permit etc)

Work Method: Erection of scaffold and ladder inspection and get approval permit Bring all the materials and tools ready at work location Cordon off the work area Check Electric Connections is Disconnected Close the main valve completely Unbolting & Dismantling the supply lines and supports Evacuation of dismantled materials to the designated scrap yard manually and forklift Housekeeping

Emergency:
The Supervisor will have a mobile phone available. P&G Responsible will be directly informed according to the onsite safety rules. Working team contains first aiders.

Additional consideration by Project Supervisor and safety supervisor :


Proper material / equipment handling ( standby complete tools box set ) Proper Lifting Method Proper supervision by team coordinator and team supervisors Right PPEs usage Fire watch and safety officer on standby ( first box nearby ) Using fire blanket where necessary Charged fire extinguisher Certified scaffolding Adequate fall prevention equipment

General Notes: Staff is skilled to execute the work Staff has plant specific safety training in advance Daily BOS tours will be done. All Unsafe Acts /Unsafe condition observed will reported and documented

This Method Statement will be subject of a toolbox talk given to all personnel involved in the work activity on daily basis.
