Paper Submission
Authors are requested to submit a preliminary extended abstract of at least 2 full pages in length, including title, authors affiliation, abstract, figures and references. The submission must be in electronic format (PDF). A Word template is available on the symposium website. No hardcopies will be accepted. Final papers shall be at least four pages including figures, tables and references. All accepted papers will be included in IEEE Xplore. A selection of outstanding papers will be considered for publication in special issues of international journals, such as Electric Power Systems Research (SCI, EI indexed), High Voltage Technology (EI indexed), and the Journal of Lightning Research.
Exhibition
The Technical Exhibition on lightning protection will be the major accompanying event of ICLP 2014. The Technical Exhibition is a must-attend for all major manufacturers and distributors of lightning-related technologies and devices, such as equipment and tools, measurement and test systems, protection devices and components, grounding materials, analysis and estimation software, etc.
