Hi Terry I am good thank you. It's been a while since we met. Hope you are doing good too. We understand the position you have to take and appreciate you clarifying it. We also thank you for offering to sanction our events and will seriously consider about it. Do hope to work with you soon if not some time in the near future. A lot of the athletes are confused and uncertain due to the many directions from the various federations, as such your email clarification would further set things in proper. So if you don't mind I will publish your email along with ours in our website so that the bodybuilders can understand both of our positions better. Once again thank you for this email and compliments. Stay in good health and hope to see you soon. Kevin Chiak President BODYBUILDING SINGAPORE Hi Terry I am good thank you. Hello dear Kevin,

I hope all is well with you. Congratulations on launching Bodybuilding Singapore and your great success with the NUS Muscle and Fitness War 2014.

One of our SFBF members recently contacted me regarding athlete drug-testing when the SFBF receives recognition from the SSC. This question arose after he received a letter from your General Secretary yesterday. Firstly, I would like to thank you and Farhan for your professionalism and respect in your communication about the SFBF. You are correct that the ADS through the SSC will conduct drug testing (in and out of competition). This would apply to active competing athlete members of the SFBF who would be competing in the SFBF national competition, or IFBB international competitions.

Your support by honoring a potential ADS sanction, is appreciated, and important for getting the sport back on track in Singapore. I would like to encourage SFBF athletes to join Bodybuilding Singapore, but IFBB regulations regarding competing in events not sanctioned by the IFBB (SFBF) prevent this. There is always the possibility for the SFBF to sanction Bodybuilding Singapore events, so please keep this in mind for the future In a communication with Dr. Rafael Santonja in November, I advised him that I would be happy to work with you to support and sanction Bodybuilding Singapore events.

The SFBF has the same position as Bodybuilding Singapore on any of its athletes competing in events sanctioned by the WBPSF or WBPF Singapore they will not allowed to compete in future IFBB events.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

Kind regards,

Terry
