Short Term Goals Long Term Goals I would like to make it to graduation this year so that way I can go to Michigan State during the summer and start my semester in the fall. I want to become a neurosurgeon and help people. I want to start an organization for Lupus research and help with cancer research also.

May 2013 - May 2014 Volunteerism I worked at the Children's Miracle Network cookout at Sam's club during prom last year, I made blankets for the elderly, and worked and given blood at two blood drives. Sept. 2010 - May 2014 Choir/Chorus I have been in choir for four years during high school, three years in middle school, and one year in elementary school. I have been in two show choirs, one battle of the bands, and been to one Cedarville showcase. Sept. 2012 - May 2013 Anatomy I took this class as a junior to get ahead in my career. Sept. 2012 - May 2013 Microbiology I took this class as a junior to get a head start on my career and college. Dec. 2011 - Feb. 2012 Basketball I was on the JV basketball team and we went almost totally undefeated.

Reading Caring for Pets

Reading is like a back door for me. I can escape into a book whenever I want to, and I want to a lot. I have four dogs at home and I just got done taking care of a litter of puppies. I LOVE chemistry! It is one of my favorite subjects to study and I would do it all day everyday if I was allowed to .

Skills and Abilities

Skill Comment I am able to do many things at the same time, for instance right now I am reading 9 different books, taking seven classes and still doing chores and taking care of dogs. When I do something I have to do it right and for as long as I said I would. I'm good to my word when I say that I will do something unless unexpected circumstances keep me from fulfilling my promise. As a musician, a writer, and a scientist I have to be at least a little creative. These things require me to think outside the box and I happen to be really good at that. I pay more attention to details than to broad topics and sometimes it's my downfall. But most of the time I notice what other people don't. I took German for about 5 years and used to be pretty fluent in the language. Until I stopped taking classes when I moved schools. I even went to compete at German Day at the University of Michigan. I tend to set goals for myself rather than someone else setting goals for me. I like to push myself harder than the people around me push themselves. This is a big world with a lot of big fish and I want to be one of them. I like to keep my energy up and have a smile on my face because sometimes your happiness and easy going nature will rub off on the people around you who need it. I like to do things myself and HATE asking others for help. I feel like a failure if I don't understand something on my own. I am a very categorized person. I keep certain things in certain places, usually in neat little piles. Even my closet and dresser is organized into sections. I tend to be the first one to come up with a solution for problems, especially if I'm under
