Special Notes:
The day of your visit:
Allow plenty of driving time to reach Natural Bridge Caverns in time for your tour. Please check in at least 15
minutes prior to your scheduled tour time at the Ticket Office. Late arrival will result in your tour times
changing and could cause your group to have a substantial wait on busy days. Late arrival may also
necessitate general admission cavern tours being scheduled between your group tours.
Give a final count to the Ticket Office and present your entire group payment.
Bring students into the Visitor Center one group at a time to use the restrooms before the experience begins, if
needed. Groups will then go through the glass doors with the TO CAVERNS sign above them and wait on the
patio for the tour guide, or proceed out the back entrance to the Canopy Challenge depending on your
reservation.
