Dear MR. BOPLOB PHUKON
With reference to above cited subject I hereby offer you the post of Field Advisor for 24no: RAJAI
BADULI PUKHARI Panchayat under Block in the district of JORHAT under our
organization. Further you have to abide by the rules and regulation of the organization which are here
under
Rules and Regulations
TGA is registered under NCVT, Govt. of India to provide vocational training to youths of Assam and
it is the responsibility of every member or employee of TGA to participate for the development of
State through the project. TGA is also running NSDC STAR Monetary Reward Scheme where it is
providing various skill development courses. TGA has organized many health awareness program,
immunization camp under the banner of JIVAN where more than 3000 people were benefited from
rural areas All Field Officer will be given opportunity to contribute for these projects after achieving
satisfactory target given by the organization.

Following are the details--
1. You will be paid as per the Annexure I attached with the offer letter.
2. You have to collect all details of a family, their work culture, their knowledge in generating
income source, their source of income etc.
3. Your target is 100 member policies per month minimum to qualify for minimum payment mode
(Group E of Annexure I).
4. You have to demonstrate all benefits of various insurance schemes as per written guidelines of
the said agency without doing any false commitment in order to have more incentives.
5. You have to maintain a formal dress code.
6. You have to visit at least 10 families a day and you have to send all details of those families as
per prescribed format Annexure II.
7. You cannot promote any product to any person in any other panchayat without prior permission
from organization.
8. You have to deposit all collections every week on Friday and if any holiday is there then you
have to deposit the same prior to Friday of that week.
9. You will be promoted to District Supervisor after a continue satisfactory performance upto 3
(three) months maintaining payment mode of A group (refer to Annexure I) which will be
decided by organization.
10. You are eligible to work for our other projects only after a continue satisfactory performance
upto 3 (three) months maintaining payment mode of C group (refer to Annexure I).
11. You can be terminated at any time of your tenure due to any circumstance.
12. Incentives structure and any policy of any agency can change at any time and you have to abide
by the same.
13. Any new guideline or rule regulation will be added by the organization and you have to abide by
the same.
14. You cannot charge extra amount from any person whatsoever.
15. Office time is 10 am to 4 pm and any official conversation should be between office timings. No
call will be entertained after office timings.
16. You may be terminated at any time due to negligence in maintaining the above written term
and conditions.
