Paul Lutheran Borchers Day Camp Thursday June 12, 2014

Campers will be collecting special items for daycamp to give to
Red Sky Animal Rescue Center. Items include blue Dawn dish
detergent, bleach, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dog
snacks. The class with the most items collected wins a pizza
party for lunch Friday.

Carolyn has been the daycamp director for 10 years,
and we hope she continues for many more. She enjoys
knitting, cross-stitch, piano, and singing. Her favorite
foods include: strawberry pie, watermelon, angel food
cake and Mountain Dew. Her favorite color is
turquoise blue.
Borchers is Carolyn's home church. She serves as the
Youth Director and Preschool Director here.

Tyler Claycamp

Tyler is an intern with Carolyn and the Youth and
Family Ministries program. He spends his fourth year
in a leadership role at daycamp. He is attending IWU
and plans to continue working with youth. Borchers is
his home church.
Tyler enjoys fishing and eating grilled potatoes and
hamburgers. He has one dog-named Milly and
considers red or burnt orange his favorite color.
"I can do everything through him who gives me
strength." Philippians 4:13
Cell Phone Policy: Adults and
counselors will have their cell phones
during daycamp activities. Helpers
will be asked to "check-in" their
phones in the morning. They will
receive them at lunch then turn them
back in. They will receive them back
at the end of the day.
Offering
Today's offering was $159.04. All
offerings will be used to offset the
cost of daycamp supplies.
Bike Ride
All money collected for the bike
ride will be donated to Red Sky
Animal Rescue Center. Total
funds raised for 2014 were
$288.00.
