Subject: Approval of Thesis Paper

Dear Sir,
Attached here with the concept paper of our thesis
proposal in fulfillment of the course requirements
INDUSTRIAL PLANT DESIGN (MEEN 3323)
entitled:

9.25 TR Ice Plant

In selecting the topic, the authors will be guided
by the following parameters in developing the treatise
enumerated as follows:

1. Whereas, the need for Ice Plant is imperative predicting
new concept in building design for the operation.
2. Whereas, the design of research operating and
maintenance facility that is oriented to the complexity
of the different user is important in meeting the
community goals and objectives.
3. Whereas, the proposed Ice Plant contributes to the field
of humanitarian service to the community.

Therefore, the overall design is intended to find
out the needs in the designing the Ice Plant in providing
refrigeration services to the communities that are not near
to large ice plants and evaluate technical and economical
data on the use of the Ice Plant for generation ice and cold
storage.

Were hoping that our proposal meets your
consideration and favorable action.

Very respectfully yours,

Sawal, Radel John P.
