THE POINT:

The aim of the game is to get to as many checkpoints as you can while a
human, and survive as long as possible!
o Checkpoints are at various locations on Campus, see your Survival
Checklist (provided on the day) to find which ones are compulsory
for your band of survivors.

While you are a human, you must wear your bandana on your arm.
While you are a zombie you must wear your bandana on your head.
Once you become a zombie, the tables are turned your goal is to tag as
many humans as possible and spread the zombie love around!
When hit by a foam Nerf dart or sock, zombies are stunned for 1 minute,
and zombies must not interact with the game in any way. No shuffling, no
poking, no sneaking, no shielding. This list is not exhaustive.
Tags must be a firm touch to any part of a human.
o If you are wearing bulky or obstructive clothing, you owe the
benefit of the doubt to zombies and must assume they are telling
the truth if they say you were tagged.
Zombies must not employ Nerf guns, socks or projectiles of any kind.
All money raised to the event is going towards Rotary Internationals End
Polio Now campaign.

THE RULES
(Which are non-negotiable)

Do not shoot at any other player above shoulder height.
Do not run inside buildings, no matter how scared you are.
Do be considerate to the zombies. They are fellow players.
Do be considerate to the humans. They are fellow players.
Do remember this is just a game.
Do not unfairly occupy a space where you are making it not fun for other
players, either by way of camping a safe zone or other anti-social
behaviour.
o This rule does not apply at specified checkpoints which are Take
and Hold.
Do not travel in a group of humans larger than six (6) individuals.
Do not attempt to play in car parks or in front of traffic. Vehicles are
immune from the zombie plague, and should not be used during the game.
Do not shoot non-players, nor should you ask non-players to provide you
with food, supplies, ammo or spying for either team.
Do stay within the designated Game Zone of the campus.
o This year, we have excluded the ovals and internal roads.
Unmodified weapons are preferred by the event organisers,
overpowered/modded guns are ONLY to be used at the discretion of the
event organisers.

If wearing bulky clothing benefit of the doubt goes to the zombies who
claim youre tagged.

THE FUN:

WHERE AND WHEN: Meet at the Jugglers Lawn at the University of Wollongong
at 9:30am for event registration.
If you are lost, head towards the Uni Bar and walk towards the lovely parkland
centre of the University.

WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: Running shoes (no matter how good your aim is), a
hat, appropriate survival clothing, Water bottles for each member of your team, a
few pens. Strictly BYO weaponry (socks or Nerf Guns) if so desired but weapons
are not required or necessary to play the game.

BONUS FUN:

Human Sacrifices are permitted, but, they will not be enforced. This is an optional
gameplay device in which 2 team members can conspire to sacrifice a 3rd
member of their team and gain them precious minutes to escape. To enact this,
the two conspirators must each shoot the sacrificial member once. This will
render the Sacrifice immobile and vulnerable - unable to run away or move for 1
minute. In this minute, they are able to make a last stand with their own weapons,
but they must remain where they were shot for the full minute.

Where a Human Sacrifice has been made, zombies should not continue to chase
down the remaining squad members, no matter how large the pursuing zombie
horde, for 2 minutes.

We are working under the theory zombies cannot resist an easy meal.

Good Luck!
