Overbend.Wetendtogotohigherstrainonsomethingthat
iscontrollablesuchasbargerampandstinger(onFixed
StingerModel)andtendtogoloweronsagbendandalso
lastrollerofthestinger.Andsomeclientsspecsrequired
thelastrollerasfreeloadsupportduringstaticrunas
measuredofthetensionandCatenary ofthepipeline
