DPS EX-STUDENTS ENDOWMENT FUND

Dear Alumni

It is learnt that the Ex-Students of DPS Bhilai are eager to contribute towards renovation of
the building/infrastructure of the school and their contributions are welcomed. We have
created a DPS EX-STUDENTS ENDOWMENT FUND which will be utilized
exclusively towards the renovation and expansion of building and infrastructure/fixed assets
of DPS, Bhilai. Our primary focus is on the renovation of the building/ infrastructure of DPS
Maroda Sector.

This is a Donor specified fund which is in the form of donations & contributions from the
Ex- Students of DPS Bhilai only. The fund will be under the control and supervision of the
PRINCIPAL and the transactions will be transparent. We will update our website about the
contributions/donations received as well as how the amount contributed by the Ex-Students is
being utilized.

A minimum amount of Rs. 10,000/- contribution/donation is solicited. But anything more is
always welcome.

Please find a FORM appended below which you have to fill and send along with the
donation cheque or DD (Payable at Bhilai) in INR in favour of DELHI PUBLIC
SCHOOL, BHILAI. Please note that the cheque has to be in INR to avoid FCRA (Foreign
Contribution Regulation Act) complications (If you are an NRI, then you may request a
relative in India to send the cheque or DD).
