BSS VOCATIONAL EDUCATION

OVERVIEW
Bharat Sevak Samaj is the National Development Agency, Established in 1952 by Planning
Commission, Government of India to ensure public co-operation for implementing
Government plans. The constitution and functioning of Bharat Sevak Samaj is approved
unanimously by the Indian Parliament.
Under the BSS International Vocational Education Mission. BSS is launching more than 1000
Vocational Education Courses it covers various Fields for getting employment opportunities,
such as Allied Health Education, Agriculture Education, Automobile Education, Child
Education, Civil & Agriculture Education, Communicative & Soft Skills Education, Dairy
Education, Electrical Electronics Education, Fisheries Education, House Hold Business
Education, Home Maintenance Education, Interior & Exterior Education, Office Management
Education, Poultry Education, Veterinary Education, Acupuncture Education, Ayurveda
Education, Beauty Education, Computer IT Education, Fire & Safety Education, Forest &
Environmental Education, Gems & Jewellery Education, Geo Education, Hotel Management
Education, Language Education, Music Education, Siddha Education, Sports Education,
Technical Training Education, Textile Education, Unani Education, Yoga & Naturopathy
Education, Aviation Education, Bio-Technology Education, Business Education, Fashion
Education, Media Education and Shipping Education.
10th Standard or equivalent is eligible to study the BSS Vocational Education Courses
without any age limit.
The Duration of BSS Vocational Education courses varies from 1 month to 2 years.
HOW IT WORKS:
Step 1 : Download approval application
Step 2: Fill up the Application completely and send it to CENTRAL BHARAT SEVAK
SAMAJ, CENTRAL OFFICE, BSS BHAVAN, BB-11, GREATER KAILASH-3, NEW DELHI,
INDIA.
Step 3: a) Approval Fee for Category Courses 750 USD, For School Courses 1000 USD, For
Specialised Courses 1500 USD to be paid via online.
b) 100 USD for BSS Academic Staff College Fee (Mandatory)
c) 2 USD agreement plain bond (2nos) with Institution name or Correspondent
name for MOU.
d) Your building agreement. If Rental building, Rental agreement.
e) Photograph of Infrastructure like Building, Class Room and Other Facilities
f) Correspondent Photo 2 Nos. (Passport size)
g) Passport Copy.
Step 4: Scrutinisation of application by the Approval Committie and inspection of the
Insititution. BSS sends Inspection Committee Member to inspect your place, via
online. 200 USD to be given as Inspection Fee. No need to pay any extra charges.
Printed MOU will be sent to the Institute with Temporary Approval. The Institution
can start the courses by placing advertisement.

Step 5: Signed MOUs should be returned to Central Bharat Sevak Samaj, New Delhi, India
Approval order will be sent to the institute.

Step 6: The Institute should follow the “BSS Academic Year Chart” strictly.

Step 7: In step 3, the correspondent can select 5 courses from a single category.

If the correspondent wants to conduct more than 5 courses in same category,


Additional 100 USD should be paid for each course.

If the management wants to run courses from more than one category, Another
750 USD should be paid for each category, separate application should be used.

School Courses are package courses. The Correspondent can run all courses
which are available in the particular School.

If the correspondent wants to conduct more than one school courses, Another
1000 USD should be paid for each School courses. For each school, separate
application should be used.

If the correspondent wants to conduct more than one specialized courses, Another
1500 USD should be paid for each Specialised courses. No additional courses
allowed from Specialised courses.

Step 8: Inform the total number of students admitted in the Institute to Central Bharat
Sevak Samaj, New Delhi before August 30. Based on this information, registration
and examination forms will be sent to the institute.

Step 9: Registration & Examination Fee

School and Category Courses: 50 USD/Student


Specialised Courses : 75 USD/Student

Step 10: Answer Booklets, ID Cards, Examination Hall Tickets, and Student Assessment
form will be delivered to the Institute before December 30. If You do
not receive after December 30, please whatsapp CENTRAL BHARAT SEVAK SAMAJ,
New Delhi and check your position. Student Assessment form to be reached to
CENTRAL BHARAT SEVAK SAMAJ, New Delhi before February 28. After that it will
not be accepted.
Step 11: Question papers will be uploaded in the official website www.bssve.in on April /
November. To download the Question papers please whatsapp & collect the
password. Examination dates are available in the BSS official Website
www.bssexaminations.in & www.bssve.in

Step 12: Examination should be conducted normally, in the Institute itself. External
invigilator will be made available.

Step 13: All answer booklets should be packed perfectly in cover (student wise) and
sent to CENTRAL BHARAT SEVAK SAMAJ, New Delhi, India after completion of all
the examinations.

Step 14: Examination Result will be announced in the month of June. Certificates and mark
sheets will be sent to the institute.

Step 15: All Certificates and mark sheets should be thoroughly checked by the institute
authority before distributing it to the students.

Step 16: Print Renewal form, fill up and attach all the enclosures and send to CENTRAL
BHARAT SEVAK SAMAJ, New Delhi before May 30 every year.
