2.1 he *o(ern&ent re+uires that Procuring !ntities# as ,ell as enderers
and %u''liers shall# during the Procure&ent 'roceedings and the
e-ecution of Contracts under 'ublic funds# ensure.

7.1 he enderer shall ha(e the construction e-'erience of
satisfactor" co&'letion of si&ilar ,orks of a &ini&u& (alue under a
single or &ulti'le nu&bers of contracts o(er a 'eriod# as s'ecified in
the TDS.

4.1 he enderer shall ha(e the follo,ing &ini&u& le(el of financial
ca'acit" to +ualif" for the 'erfor&ance of the Works under the Contract.

TDS during the 'eriod s'ecified in the TDS
(b) a(ailabilit" of &ini&u& li+uid assets or ,orking ca'ital or

the Contractor under the Contract shall be included in the unit rates#

s'ecified in the %'ecification to check ,hether an" ,ork has a

6n order to attain these ob7ecti(es# the ite&s in the Bill of <uantities should be grou'ed into

construction# 'hasing of the Works# or considerations of cost. *eneral ite&s co&&on to all
