WORKING EXPERIENCE

July, 2007 to September, 2009 – AYSA-

In charge of the inspection duties for electromechanical equipment for 2(two)
sewage pumping stations each made up of 5(five) 140Kw pumps, related gear
and communication. Now, in charge of the inspection for the of the sewage
waters purifying plant extension.

November 2006 to July, 2007 – FREELANCE CONSULTANT

Inspection of an administrative building electrical installation at Viedma District of
AFIP (Public Income Federal Administration) so as to inform about the state and
modifications necessaries to their optimal working. Member of a working group
for inspection and project for a large number of important buildings.

September, 2005 up to April, 2006. - TECHINT S.A.

In charge of electrical engineering jobs at TECHINT offices in Buenos Aires
dealing with extensions of existing Rabigh Refinery at Rabigh, Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia for Saudi Aramco , in particular to the distribution of electric supplies to the
site camp. .

1998 – 1999.- TECHINT S.A

In charge of engineering jobs for Muglad Project in Sudan, consisting of six
pumping stations and a marine terminal, at their offices in Buenos Aires and on
site at Port Sudan Marine Terminal, Republic of Sudan including evaluation
reports and drawing revisions of contractors for the supply of electric tracing,
distribution transformers, power and instrument cables and ancillaries,
distribution switchboard and protection co-ordination and basic operation
philosophy of the whole system.

Assistance to L.V. switchboard manufacturer commissioning engineers, from

Varcol Electrical Services, Manchester, England to solve a power frequency
withstand test problem.

Site supervision for contractor installation and commissioning of this electric trace
heating system applied to oil pipes and tanks so as to keep oil in its safe and
efficient range of flow temperatures.

1992 – 1998.- RAIMPORT ( IMPORTER )

In charge of the electrical department and as such responsible for the promotion,
applications feasibility studies and sale of electric and electronics products, some
of which are worth of mention:

- Three phase MV recloser using SF6 for arc extinction, micro processor
control and communication facilities.
- Protection and control devices including soft starters, controllers and
telecontrol.
- Frequency control for variable speed drives.
- Measuring instruments such as current clamp meters and others with
memory and processing based on microprocessors.

1986 – 1992.- SERVINGEN S.A. ( CONSULTANT )

In charge of computer programming and processing to assist basic engineering
for transmission lines, substations and communication frameworks.

Some of these programmes algorithms are worth of mention:

- Rigidity matrix bandwidth minimisation, for EHV pylons structural calculation,

to decrease storage and speed processing.
- Word processor programming to input data to the structural calculation
programme.
- To get a fast and stable solution for tensions on a transmission line subjected
to conductor breakage/overload on certain spans.

1984 – 1986.- SANTIAGO DEL ESTERO COMPUTING CENTRE

Analyst-programmer on statistical, scientific and technical applications.

1979 – 1983.- HIDRONOR S.A. (TRANSMISSION AUTHORITY)

Transmission line engineer participating in an 1800 Km 500 Kv line project on its
electrical, mechanical and environmental design and supervision for the
procurement and testing of the insulators and spacer dampers supply for the
above project.
Study and testing of spacer-dampers for the prequalification of suppliers with the
co-operation of Politecnico of Milan and ENEL in Italy and the Overhead Lines
and Vibrations Group in Quebec,Canada, under the supervision of the
responsible researcher, Dr. Claude Hardy. Insulators reception tests were
performed at CESI testing authority in Milan, Italy..

1977 – 1979.- ESIN CONSULTORA ( CONSULTANT )

Participation in rural electrification on computer programming, processing,
protection co-ordination and electrical demand forecast.
Participation in EHV power systems studies for the Secretariat for Energy
planning in co-operation with PTI Inc.

Planning engineer and later chief engineer of Projects and OM departments
being responsible for calls for tenders, adjudication, installation and
commissioning supervision.
