passenger and/or Offshore Support. Lamit Company's Global Services are available in Ku-and in C-band for
specific areas or worldwide coverage at competitive prices.

This maritime VSAT solutions are developed on a broadband access with low and flat rate which
allows the crew and the passengers to use internet, exchange e-mails, make phone-calls and other evolved
applications as well as to be connected no matter what distance or weatherconditions.

Optional Services & Solutions :

1. VPN Solution

In addition to the proposed service a VPN service can be implemented. A VPN is an encrypted tunnel
between each ship and the relevant headquarters. Thanks to the adoption of Encore Networks devices, it will
be possible to have the IPSec functionality without preventing PEP (Performance Enha
ncement Proxy) functionality and so experiencing the full performance also in this condition. The EN
VSR-30 also provides firewall functions, for protecting the on board
LAN and for every other requirement that could arise in a subsequent phase.




The Lamit Company VPN solution consists of the following elements:
- 1 Encore VSR-30 VPN Router To be used on board and/or at customers HQ
- In order to set up and End-to-End VPN 2 devices are needed

















2. VoIP Solution

Lamit Companys VSAT VoIP solution is based on our patented VoIP codec that has been specifically
designed for TDMA VSAT-networks. To permit the usage of standard VoIP telephones and PBX onboard
Lamit Company provides an Onboard VoIP Gateway (OVG) which takes care of interfacing the telephones
with the land Exchange trough the Satellite connection. The OVG will be provided with an additional Smart
Box for the communication system management, 3 IP-phones (or ATAs) plus 1 UK DiD.
Lamit Company provides 2 different VoIP Services that can be used either separately or
simultaneously depending on the specific needs:

- Prepaid VoIP Service; Through a list of virtual PIN-numbers allows the crew to make calls with no
financial risk for Reseller or vessel owner/manager.
- Post Paid VOIP. This service allows the vessels to place & receive calls through a UK DiD
(+44....) ; costs for outgoing calls are same as for pre-paid. Associated costs will be invoiced
on a monthly bases, but the Customer can easily access to MTs Billing Web Platform in
order to check the calls details.

The Lamit Company VoIP solution consists of the following elements:
- 1 On-board Voice Gateway (OVG)
- 4 VoIP phones or 4 ATAs
- 1 Vigor 3300+ Security Router
- 1 DID (country code UK)
