All morning people gathered in our yard. They were waiting for the doctors of the Mobile Eye Clinic to
arrive. The car came and the doctors began their work.
SETTING UP "Do notbe wise inyourown eyes; fear theLord and
shun evil." Proverbs 3:7
CAN YOU EVEN SEE THE EYE CHART? "In reply Jesus
declared, 7 tellyouthetruth, unless a manis born again, he
cannotseethe kingdom of God.John 3:3

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? "Let usfix oureyes onJesus, the
author andperfecter ofourfaith, who forthejoysetbefore him
endured the cross, scorning its shame, andsat down at the right
handofthethrone ofGod." Hehrev/s 12:2
THE WATTING ROOM "Theeyesof the Lord are everywhere
keeping watch on the wicked and thegood." Proverbs 15:3
WAITING TO SEE THE DOCTOR "So we fixour eyes noton
what is seen, but onwhat is unseen. For what isseenis temporary,
but what is unseen is eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:18
EXAMINATION "The eye is the lamp ofthe body. Ifyour eyes are
good, yourwhole body willbefull oflight. But ifyoureyes are bad,
your whole body will befull ofdarkness.If thelight withinyouis
darkness, how great is that darkness!" Matthew 6:22,23
TREATMENT"Why doyoulook at thespeck ofsawdust inyour
brother's eye andpay mattention totheplankinyourown eyel..
You hypocrite, first take theplank outofyour owneye, and then
you willseeclearlyto remove the speck fromyour brother's eye."

SURGERY "Turn my eyes awayfromworthless thiiigs; renew my
life according toyour word." Psalm 119:37
It was a busy day; 39 patients were examined. Many were treated for pink eye and trachoma as well as
various eye injuries. Surgery was performed on three patients to keep eyelashes from scratching their
corneas.
We ask that you please join us as we pray this verse for the Maasai people:
"I pray also that the eyes ofyour heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which
He has called you, the riches ofHis glorious inheritance in the saints, and His incomparably great power
for us who believe." Ephesians 1:18
We thank you for your continued prayers and support. We leave you with these words from our Lord. "Do
you not say, four months now and then the harvest"? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They
are ripe for harvest." John 4:35
