AT&T available in East Peoria
Midwest Cellular, 306 W. Washington St. in East Peoria, is now an AT&T dealer.
Store manager is Jennifer Lust, with Ryan Hill the district manager. Store hours are 9 a.m. to 8
p.m.Monday through Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
U.S. Cellular relocates Peoria store
U.S. Cellular has relocated one of its stores in Peoria to 3125 N. University St. An expanded service
center provides an on-site technician along with nine associates.
Hours are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
'Chamber 101' set for Monday
The Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce is providing "Chamber 101," a program to help firms promote
their business, from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday at the chamber offices at 100 SW Water St.

Facebook to aid small biz
Facebook's Small Business Boost, a program to assist businesses on the use of the social media site, is
set for the Embassy Suites Hotel in East Peoria from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday. The event is free.
Kroger celebrates Pekin remodel
Along with a multimillion-dollar renovation of Kroger's Pekin store, the supermarket chain has
announced plans to make donations to local organizations. The store was officially "reopened" on
Thursday.
Volunteer group names board
City Councilman Chuck Weaver's organization, Leaders Change Peoria, has named board members for
the volunteer-based organization that offers financial and strategic support for new, up-and-coming,
not-for-profit organizations. To date, LCP has awarded $35,000 in grants to local not-for-profits.
Board members are: Jannise Bush, Peoria Score; Elizabeth Dailey, Peoria Production Shop; Tenley
Damrow, McGladrey LLP; Allison Elias, Bradley University MBA program; Michael McFarland,
Bloomington Legal Services; Becky Rossman, Neighborhood House; Doug Shaw and Jessica Zobac,
Caterpillar Inc.
