Annalyn Espiritu (SMUPC) Updates
Jaimee Lopez, Odina Fungo, Tentay De Leon,

Accomplished

! All receipts detailing the debts and payments of Ate Bebs have been itemized by
CHE SC

! A formal letter was sent on July 25, 2014, after a week of no response of SMUPC
after the meeting, to SMUPC requesting the list of debts that they strongly
mentioned during the meeting. When the formal letter was sent, Miss Elvi,
Secretary of SMUPC, mentioned that they would not be releasing these
information because they regarded this as an Internal issue. Until now, there is
still no response from SMUPC regarding this request. This is a non-compliance to
the agreed upon assignments of both parties during the meeting with BCO and
Ate Annalyn Espiritu last July 15, 2014.

! Ate Annalyn is ready to pay for a portion of her debt to SMUPC. This payment
will only be given if the official list of debts has been presented to her. Until such,
no payment of debts will be made.

Status

! Ate. Annalyn Espiritu was able to sell for four days (August 4, 5, 6, 7) because she
was given an extension to sell by BCO. She is now closed again, as per writing.

This decision was made because of the inability of the two to sell during the last
3 days leading up to her and Ate Luzvimindas suspension (July 18, 2014). This
opportunity was also given to Ate Luzviminda Senoy. She was able to open
her store for 3 days (July 21, 22, 23) and illicitly extended another day (July 24)
before BCO told her to stop operations. This 4 days extension of Ms. Luzviminda
was also given to Ms. Annalyn that is why she is open fro August 4-7, 2014.

! SMUPC still has not complied with BCOs request to provide CHE SC with a list
detailing her debts to the corporation.

! SMUPC has not complied with BCOs request to organize a General Assembly
that included the deliberation and votation of Ms. Annalyn Espiritus status in the
corporation.

Action Plan

! Ms. Annalyn Espiritu with the help of CHE SC sent a letter indicating their non-
compliances to BCO. It was also mentioned that the non-compliances of SMUPC
to the agreed upon requests made during the meeting greatly affects the
livelihood of Ms. Annalyn as she cannot sell until all these matters are resolved.
BCO responded to this letter by arranging another meeting with Ms. Annalyn
and SMUPC.

There will be an Educational Discussion regarding Ms. Annalyns situation on August 20,
2014. Details to be posted on the CHE SC page soon.
