The two-man crew expands
slowly, but no addition is bigger
than Scott Simone, who joins
after Jeff and Pete visit MAG and
NEW classes to recruit students.

Going Digital
With a web presence
solidifed, Jeff and Pete expand
the editorial staff and decide
to publish four, bi-weekly digital
magazines in the fall semester.
Broadcast Initiative
Jeff and Pete create a weekly
podcast called Pete and Jeff s
Awesome Podcast 1.0.
Interest Meeting
Thirty-two students come
to the frst general interest
meeting, expanding the staff to
67 total. A schedule and beats
are assigned for everyone.
1st Production Meeting
Jeff, Pete, Scott, and Alex
Onushco plan the digital issues.
Jeff proposes a four-week
cycle for each issue, with issues
overlapping for two weeks.
1.1, the Launch
The frst issue releases the
morning after the National
League Championship Series.
The late nights of production
are combatted with some 80s
music and bagels.
1.2, Sports Dictionary
For a follow-up effort, the edit
team compiles a dictionary of
the worst sports clichs. We
also hide a bunch of mustaches
throughout the issue in honor
of Movember.
1.3, Staff Favorite
More eyes saw EP 1.3 than the
frst two issues combined. The
edit staff fnds itself in a total
groove. A giant pizza cures the
late-night cravings.
The Future
Jeff and Scott graduate,
leaving EP to Pete, Alex and
new additions Sam Knehans,
Charyse Watson, Danielle
Berman and Bryan Rubin.
The guys played trash-
can basketball to take
breaks during late
nights of closing issues.
