Prime Dune, RH-99 per painted tiles, microlook, 15
mm thick, suitable for 600 mm x 600 mm grid to be
placed on grid. Tiles should have NRC of 0.50, STC
of 34 dB, having light reflection of 85% or more and
thermal conductivity K-0.052-0.057 W/M degrees
centigrade. The fire rating of tile should be class 0 for
fire propogation and Class I for spread of flames as
per BS 476 and having humidity resistance of 99%
Rh. The board should have a density of 240-260
kg/Cubic metre. The rate should include for cutout of
AC grills and light fixtures, additional members if
required is to be provided into the grid system. The
work has to be done as per the direction and
supervision of Manufacturer's specification and

3 Providing and fixing wall panelling for AHU room
consisting of G.,I channels & stud of G.I sections of
prime quality cold rolled steel as per IS:513 hot
dipped galvanised 120 gsm as per BS 2989 to be
fixed on wall with nylon sleeves to formrigid &proper
frame work, 50 mm thick & 24 kg/cum density glass
wool to be inserted in cavity of frame. The frame will
be covered by 20-25 mmthick microfibre (soft board)
(Anutone/equivalent make) sound soak panel of 1200
x 600 mm (comprising of NRC 0.9), to be fixed on
channel with the help of stainless steel screws at
every250 mmdistance interval and 10 mmawayfrom
the edges of tiles for proper holding the tile with the

the base and at the table height as specified. The
skirting will be fabricated out of 20 SWG
M.S.Sheet.The skirting will be approachable from both
sides and will have channels for adjustment for

height as per requirement. Panels of partitions are to
be fitted by using aluminium profiles and PVC
extrusions are used as trimmings.
All metal sections, fabricated M.S components and
aluminium profiles are finished in 40 to 50 micron
epoxy powder coating of approved shade.
The rate should be including for making provision
of slots as per site requirement in vertical member
for cantilevered accessories like overhead storage,
work top etc including filling the gaps betweenbottom
of partition &floor with suitable materials. All complete
as per drawing and directions with all labour and
materials. Only few vertical members will go above
false ceiling and will be jointed under the main
ceiling/bottom of beam.
i) Partition facia fabricated with minimum 8 mm th
prelaminated MDF board of approved shade on both
sides of the frame work fitted with connectors. All

finished with minimum8 mmthick prelaminated MDF

of 5 mmthick glass) All the panels are to be fitted by
using aluminium profiles and PVC extrusions are
used as trimmings. (Thickness : 35-40 mm).
