week to Superior Court J udge
John Meaker's decision in
which he declared the Medi-
cal Center Hospital of Ver-
mont (MCHV) is indeed a
"charitable" institution and
should not have to pay a S2.8
million property tax bill the
city sent out in June.
Tuesday afternoon, sbortly
after the decision was released,
