The Grand Deck is a truly one of a kind function

space, with an operable glass wall folding back
to link the indoors with the private glass roofed
balcony perched over the Brisbane River,
complete with its own bar.

The area can comfortably accommodate 65 persons for a

cocktail function or up to 36 people for a sit down meal.

Possible seating arrangements include:

1 x Boardroom/banquet table seating 24
3 x Tables of ten seating 30
6 x Tables of 6 table seating 36

To book this prime space on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday you must confirm
either a Cocktail Function Package, with a minimum of 50 guests, or a dining
package with a minimum spend of $3000.

As a guide it is considered to be responsible hospitality to serve your guests an appropriate amount
of food. We suggest allocating a similar dollar to food as to beverages.

An inclusive hors d’oeuvres package can be taken at a fixed price per person.

Croutons with rare beef, prawns & smoked salmon

Bloody mary oyster shots

Meal Replacement $42.00 per person (18 items per serve + noodle bowls)

Grilled red jew with coriander & fish sauce baste

Please note:
* We are obliged to point out that under the Liquor Act, alcohol can not be served to underage or
intoxicated persons and not withstanding that you may select a beverage package over a number of hours,
we will not be able to continue to serve persons who in our opinion are unduly intoxicated. Proof of age will
be required and all guests should be advised.
