Muffins cu portocale si ciocolata
Scroll down for English version
Imediat cum am intrat in casa din Germania, m-am repezit in bucatarie sa vad daca am cuptor si am rasuf lat
Ingrediente 10 muffins
200 gr f aina
30 gr amidon de porumb
125 gr zahar
1/2 plic praf de copt
125 gr lapte
1 ou mare
80 gr ulei
75 gr suc de portocala
2 portocale ( doar coaja rasa )
100 gr ciocolata amara
1 varf cutit sare
putin cu atat muf f ins-ii vor f i mai puf osi.
Taiem ciocolata in bucati mai mari,
Tapetam f orma cu hartiute de
muf f ins si umplem pe trei sf erturi
cu aluat, f iecare hartiuta.
Eu la prima tura le-am umplut cam
mult asa ca aveti grija sa le umpleti
doar pe trei sf erturi.
Punem cate o bucata de ciocolata
in mijlocul f iecarui viitor muf f ins,
Le coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la
180C, pentru 20-25 minute.
Le pudram cu putina ciocolata rasa
si coaja de portcocala si le servim.
Sunt delicioase!

As soon as I arrived in Germany, I rushed into the kitchen to see if I have an oven and I was relieved to see
it there. But I was very nervous when I saw that its an old type of oven, with only one way of baking, the
traditional one. I tried it with these f lavored, tasty muf f ins and even though it bakes very slowly, it bakes
evenly, so it passed the test!
Ingredients
Ingredients
200 grams of f lour
30 grams of cornstarch
125 grams of caster sugar
1/2 bag of baking powder
125 grams of milk
1 large egg
80 grams of vegetable oil
75 grams of orange juice
2 oranges, zest f inely grated
100 grams of dark chocolate
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Mix all the liquid ingredients in a bowl (the milk, the egg, the vegetable oil and the orange juice) and in
another bowl mix all the solids (the f lour, the cornstarch, the sugar, the baking powder, the salt and
the grated orange zest).
2. Mix the solids and the liquids in one bowl and stir only until they combine evenly. The less we mix the
dough, the f luf f ier the muf f ins will be.
3. Coarsely chop the chocolate.
4. Place some muf f in wrappers in a muf f in pan and f ill them with dough f or three quarters. Make sure to
f ill them only f or three quarters because I f illed the f irst batch too much and they overf lowed.
5. Place a piece of chocolate in the middle of every muf f in. Bake them in the preheated oven at 180C
f or 20 to 25 minutes. Decorate with grated chocolate and orange zest and serve.
6. They are delicious!
