1B$ The Participants will consent to being &lmed and recorded by the BBC where
required for the Programme and consent to reasonable &lming at the Participants
work place and home if deemed necessary by the BBC$ This will include all
production &lming where required as well as promotion and publicity of the
Programme$ 4t will also include participation in any spin oL series and content made
as a deri,ati,e of the Programme7 such as web or additional &lming for red button$
The Participants will complete further paperwork for this purpose if required$$
1M$ The production period is TBC and Participants will be kept updated by the BBC of
the dates and times they are required$
1F$ Participants need to ensure that they will be a,ailable for the &lming period ad,ised
to them by the BBC$ 4f Participants are working7 getting permission to be oL work for
that period7 or are in receipt of bene&ts7 clearing their in,ol,ement with for e=ample
their local employment oRce7 is entirely the Participants responsibility$
1?$ The BBC cannot pay the Participants for taking part in the Programme$
1I$ Participants must not ha,e appeared in any tele,ision7 game or quiJ show for the
BBC or other broadcaster in the 0nited 1ingdom during the last twel,e months
!sa,e as already disclosed in their application# and agree not to undertake or accept
any other participation opportunities in programmes similar to the Programme for
any 0nited 1ingdom broadcaster other than the BBC following a period of si=
months from transmission of their episode of the Programme in the 0nited 1ingdom
without the BBCs prior written consent$
DE$ The BBC is under no obligation to make or broadcast the Programme or use the
Participants contribution in the Programme$

D1$ The BBC press oRce will control all press and publicity relating to the Programme
and each 8pplicant andHor Participant warrants and agrees that they shall not
undertake any press7 publicity or other discussions with any third party in
connection with the application to be a contestant in or appear in the Programme$
8ny enquiries from the press regarding the Participants andHor 8pplicants
contribution must be referred to the BBC press oRce$
DD$ The BBC reser,es the right to seek and issue publicity on behalf of 8pplicants
andHor Participants$

DC$ The 8pplicants andHor Participants must not disclose any information concerning
the Programme or their participation to any other person or company7 whether
by means of discussion7 letter7 press photograph7 tele,ision inter,iews7
publication7 social networking !including but not limited toS %acebook7 Twitter7
(ine and 5inked4n#7 or by any other means now known or hereafter in,ented
without the prior written consent of the BBC$
