SOP of Staff Allocation

Test Administration staff availability confirmation SMS will be sent to require registered test
administration staff 7 days prior to test date.
Test Administration staff must reply the SMS within 24 hours from receipt of SMS.
Test Administration staff replying in YES within 24 hours will be considered for test duty.
Test Administration staff replying in NO or no reply will not be considered for test duty.
The available test administration staff will be allocated duty and will be informed (Time, Date, Address of
test venue and name/mobile No. of allocated Chief Supervisor) through SMS at least 3 days prior to test
date.(staff will confirm his availability to his Chief Supervisor on given mobile )
Same list will also be e-mailed to concerned Chief Supervisor.
If any test administration staff is unable to attend the test after he is allocated duty, it is his mandatory
duty to inform the Chief supervisor at least 12 hrs before start of test.
Any test administration staff is found ABSENT without information will not be considered for duty in
future.
Chief Supervisor will call the Standby staff for duty in case of absent staff.
Chief Supervisor must mention that whether a staff is absent without information or not in the test
administration staff attendance sheet.
Allocated Staff doing duty first time must check and correct their particulars (Name, CNIC, Bank Account,
Cell #) on their attendance sheet otherwise NTS will not be responsible.

Note: All test administration staff must have their original CNIC on test day, to avoid fake duties. Staff without
original CNIC will not be considered for duty in future. (Resident Inspector can check CNIC of any staff
member). Chief Supervisor should send staff attendance sheet in test material box otherwise he will be
demoted.

Performance Evaluation and Promotion /Demotion system
There is a computerized test administration staff allocation system with a seniority list.
Deputing a Chief Supervisor is totally jurisdiction of Asst. Manager Test Administration from the registered
test administration staff.
All Supervisors and Invigilators are allocated by the software as per seniority list.
Test Administration staff is promoted and demoted on the basis of performance evaluation report
submitted by Chief Supervisor, Resident Inspector and Client agency representative.
Promotion & Demotion is made in seniority list as under:
Absent on Test date without Information = No duty allocation in future
Absent on Test date with Information = -1
Present on the Test date = +1
Promotion /Demotion according to the performance report.
Good Performance = +5 (5 step up in seniority list)
Average Performance = 0 (No change in seniority list)
Poor Performance = -5 (5 step down in seniority list)
