IMPORTANT NOTICE Through this application, the prospective service providers would express their interest in participating in the training programs launched by BBSYDP. This invitation is for a wide range of training areas hence there shall be multiple short listings for each of such training areas depending upon the field of training as well as the duration. If any applicant intends to apply for more than one area of trainings, they may indicate such details accordingly. Scoring shall be relevant with other applicants applying in the same category. The shortlisted firms shall be invited to submit proposals for specific training courses. Short-listing shall be done for the training of 5,050 youth in 2011-12, under Japan Social Development Fund through Private Sector Training Wing of Provincial Coordination Unit, Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Youth Development Program only Summary of short listing report shall be posted on the www.bbsydpsindh.gov.pk. Please read instructions and criteria of initial screening/prequalification carefully
PRESENTATION ON PROPOSED TRAINING a. Though not mandatory yet it will be welcomed if firms/institutes/organizations/associations [in their own interest] share a presentation of 5-6 slides [of 10-15 minutes duration] with PCU through email at assistance.pstw@hotmail.com and place a CD inside the initial screening document [PQ Document]. Such presentation may comprise of brief information focusing on Proposed Trades[with Duration& Curriculum], Campuses, Registration, Affiliation, Certification, Past Performance & Capacity on Job Facilitation, Forward linkages etc. DOCUMENTS IN PROPER FORMAT REQUIRED Kindly make it convenient to attach duly attested copies of the desired documents [including the signature and seal of the authorized person of your firm/organization/institute/association, in well-organized form with a list of the documents attached] in a sealed envelope [Mark Skill Development Training of Youth under JSDF through PSTW-PCU-BBSYDP]. Following supporting documents must be attached: i. List of Proposed trades [in order of preference], competency, capacity [seats] and facilities [with unambiguous supporting documents] ii. Affiliation, Recognition, Registration certificate(s) [with the mentioning of Campus and Proposed Trade/Course from the concerned authority as applicable iii. List of the Trainers/Tutors with their CVs & copy of pay rolls [Highlighted] iv. Past record showing competency, experience/professionalism in the proposed course/trade v. Valid documentary evidence of ownership [or attested/registered rent agreement] vi. Valid documentary evidence of partnership contract/MoU [in case the proposed resources (HR/Physical Assets will be shared/used] vii. Correct Address of the proposed, with the name and contact number of the caretaker / chowkidar of the institute (in case of sudden visit for verification) viii. Rough Sketch of the proposed building [showing rooms, labs, lavatories and other facilities if any] ix. Tangible/Traceable forward linkages convincing that the firm/organization is capable to facilitate the graduates for post training facilitation on employment x.
