And whereas the Task Force in its meetings'h'eliron

12- 1-2012 and20-1-2012 deliberatedon the issue iIlgre)t
detail and was of the unanimous view that on,F~l'ffle
measures which may be effective in COntrolling thepfubll'im
.may be to ban retail sale of these chemicals in botiliiil forin
and permit their sale in pe~ or similar form of dev~r.;;. ;.
Now, therefore, the Central Govemment"fereliy
orders the implementation of the followingmeasUl>lj;'with
immediateeffect :~

Permitting sale of Correction Fluids as well as

Thirmers, of any chemical composition, both
for ink erasing purpos~s as well as for use as
Nail Polish removers and s.imilar other
purposes in the form of pens or similar devices
which allow limited amounts ofthe chemicals
to come out of those devices when used.
Mandatory warning should be made on the
application' devices (pens Or otherwise) of
correcting fluids{tbinners regarding !be effects
on health on inhalption of vapor/consumption
of the chemicals contained therein,

Ordered thafihese measures are to be complied with

'and implemented, with immediate effect,. by concerned .
