The document provides guidelines for composing selection committees to fill project appointments. It outlines two options for selection - a walk-in test/interview or shortlisting followed by a test and/or interview. It then lists the composition requirements for selection committees depending on the level of the position being filled. For more senior roles, the committee must include the Director or nominee as chair, head of department, and an external expert. For more junior roles, the committee requires the DRC/CRC chair or nominee, PI, department expert, and optionally an external expert for some roles. The form is to be signed by the PI and DRC/CRC chairperson to approve the committee composition.
