Business Plan-Restaurant

I -Introduction:
Hello, my name is ___________,they are my partners,_________
and___________,and today we will present you our business plan for
opening a new restaurant.First, we will talk about our business idea
and we will describe the company,then about market analysis,about
the products and services and ,finally,about management and
finance.
II -Contents:
1)Company description: First of all,we thought that our new
restaurant will have a traditional romanian style, combined,of course,
with modern elements. The name of the restaurant will be Steak
House and it will be located in Piata Romana, near The Academy of
Economic Studies.We also did research studies of local competition
and none of the restaurants in this area have traditional romanian
food(for example,sarmale cu mamaliga),so we are convinced that it
will be a profitable business, especially if we consider the fact that we
have experience in this field .
2)Market analysis: Secondly,our target customers are mainly
students. Since they come from different areas of the country,we are
going to offer them a wide range of traditional food ,so they will feel
like home. Restaurants we compete with have inappropriate working
hours for students (who have classes from morning to evening) and
they don't have traditioal romanian food in their menu. Also,prices of
other restaurants are very high and students often can not afford to
eat there. Our major methods of advertising will be brochures\flyers
and television ads.
3)Products and services: We plan to hire,for start, 3 chefs, 6 cook
assistants and 10 waiters. Each waiter will handle orders from 2

tables(our restaurant will have a total of 20 tables, each table will


have 4-5 places). The location is very convenient,as we said before,it
will be near ASE and the program will be from 7 am to 9:30 pm( we
think it's perfect for hungry and thirsty students ,and not only ). We
have contracts with food supply companies and local farmers in all
regions (Muntenia,Transilvania,Banat,Dobrogea,Maramures),which is
an advantage ,because we don't use frozen or precooked products
,so our food will be 100% natural.
4)Management&funding: In terms of business management,
general manager will be ______________, finance manager will be
__________ and ____________ will be kitchen manager. We also
structured very well responsibilities and obligations. Now the sticky
part of our plan, money: we need 150.000 lei(total production costs);
and we intend to make a profit of 45,000 lei (or more)per month.
III-Conclusion:
In conclusion, our restaurant is mainly addressed to students (but not
only) due to its location near the university; we offer a pleasant,
relaxing environment ,with good music and 100%natural and
traditional food. I almost forgot ,we have free wi-fi.Soooo,you want to
come to our restaurant?We really enjoyed being in front of you today,
