Project Scope of Work

IPROSONIC is going to develop an interactive Web Portal Oklahoma Business

Directory which will be a highly customer friendly, information oriented, and
addressing to the customer requirements, its essential features will be

the language of your entire site by choosing one of the included language
versions. List of available translations is still expanding

User will be able to Post to sell or Buy something.

User can advertise his / her product after paying online for the services.

The users ads will be displayed in left right section for fixed no of days
depending on the plan.

Site Name Registration

2.1 Registering the Domain Name
We recommends reserving the top level domain name ie .com, .net or .org
whichever is available at this time. Having the name of the company, with a
.com extension is good situation and should be reserved immediately.

2.2 Email Addressing

A top level domain name allows you to use your domain name in your email. In
this case it may be sales@yourcompany.com. Domain level email addressing
gives a consistent professional look in the Internet community.

2.3 Web Site Design

2.3.1 A. Site Design
The site will contain mainly an interactive portal where users would be able to
login with theor preferred accounts and can do the transactions. We would be
adding different sections for different items which could be modified by the
administrator. In the Phase-1 a standard web portal with basic features will be

provided to customer. Site design is a constant improvising phenomenon in this

case and the entire change request will be catered in future to make the portal
competent in this tough competition world.
2.3.2 Design Methodology
It is essential to establish a polished and professional look for this site because of
the high competition in the industry of Web based Market system (Web Portal
Marketplace). We will begin by creating three versions of the site main page and
logos. Upon approval of the strongest concept we will develop a consistent look
for section headings, footers and interactive sections.

2.4 Site Content

With an approved consistent look established the next step is to add content to
the site.
Generally clients will gather existing materials (pamphlets, forms, papers,
photographs, advertisements) and send them to us. We take the materials and
ready them for the site. The content is then parsed out into individual web pages
and assembled in a hierarchy which is easy to understand and to navigate. Site
content is added to pages which have a consistent theme and look in terms of
headers, footers and accent graphics like buttons and bullets.

2.5 Developing the Site

Upon name registration we will establish the site. Generally we will put up an
"under construction" page which announces the site will be coming soon. Then
we begin to post the site pages behind the scenes so only our company and our
client can see the pages. This allows the client to see the progress as we build
the site. When the site is complete we remove the "under construction" page and
insert the site main page in its place and the site becomes open to the public.
Throughout the process the client is involved in the design process.

2.6 Interactive Blogs

A Web portal is a very demanding market place, we suggest you to add blogs to
the site. Blogs not just updates users with latest in launches, partner addition,
promotions, services, but also gives them an opportunity to interact using the
comment section. The administrator will be provided with a username and
password for the interactive blog. The admin will be able to access the blogs, add
content and add, delete, and modify messages.

2.7 Special Requirement of Customer

Customer want to have the advertisement on the left and right hand side of the
page while the main content is on the main page aligned to these margins.
Primary use of margins is to do advertisements and offers promotion.

3 Assumptions & Prerequisite

Client shall appoint a SPOC for the project who will coordinate between
Client and IPROSONIC and will be responsible to provide timely support to
IPROS0NIC professionals while working on the Projects. This is primarily
required for the proper information flow, and right delivery in first go/

After requirements study, if there is change in the total effort is +/- 5%, the
charges will remain unchanged. However, any changes beyond this +/- 5%
of total estimated effort/value will be chargeable and the cost will be extra.

This document scope does not propose or covers the any Hardware Setup /
Installation of any Anti Spam/SMTP/ISP/Outer Domain/External Mail routing
or any integration with any backup solution or any integration with any
other application.

For activities beyond Phase 3, IPROSONIC and Customer will have mutual
discussions and will arrive on Scope of work as well as commercial closure.
