ABSTRACT
The choice of developing which kind of system was determined by
the importance of the system to the University Utara Malaysias
student. Our result was to develop a car apply sticker system, which
is new to all of university system users.The application for car sticker
can be done by online and the staff can check the application online
too.

INTRODUCTION
There will be 2 views in this system.It is user view and admin view.
In user view,user have to register before he or she is able to insert
personal information ,car detail in order to apply for car sticker.All
this information will be store into the database.
In admin view, admin doesnt have to log in or register.Admin will
be able to view all the appliers detail except the private
information such as password.The record of the student such as
saman will be shown .So that the admin can make decision whether
approve or reject the application.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

A database to store all the data was created.All the information

needed was stored in mySQL database system.

A form for user to log in was created.

Users have to register first ,by clicking the register here,before

theywill be lead to a page will shoe Registration is successful!.There
is a link below it where user can be taken to login page.

After this,users will be prompt to enter the car plat number and car
owner name.

If the data was successfully saved into the database, the user will
be lead to another page which show Saved.If failed,Cannot save will
be shown.

Admin will be able to choose to view ether student information or

saman first by selecting the words.

When admin click Student,the detail about the student who already
register and apply for car sticker will be shown.

When admin click Saman,the detail about the student who have
record will be shown.

Lastly,the admin will be able to make decision for the car sticker
application.

SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION
