Groups Strengths
1. Planning
Although members are from different classes, we managed to meet up with each other at
least once a week in order to plan for the fundraising and also organize the games for the
carnival.
2. Good team chemistry
We rarely meet up but when asked by our group leader to finish a task, we cooperate
among one another to complete that particular task as soon as we can. Moreover,
members who have completed their tasks normally aid those who have not finished their
task in order to make sure everything completes on time.
3. Financial management
The group has successfully kept a close eye on our financial status. The cash flow in and
out has been prioritize to avoid debts. Budgeting has been done by the finance team
where they have managed to create a reasonably good net profit margin.
4. High caliber leader and passionate group members
Group members would always listen to the leader, Theva Vishnu and his assistant, Vui
Yean. Both group leader and assistant group leader have been really hardworking and
they have sacrificed time to plan everything to ensure the good flow of our fundraising
and games during the carnival. There is not a member who were not involved in this
event. Like what our group leader said before the games carnival started, We are all in
this together. Due to their good leadership skills, group members never felt left out.
Everyone was in this project together.
Group's Weaknesses
1. Punctuality
Group members are not punctual. Meetings always start late and end late due to bad
time management of some members. But towards the end, after being advised by the
group leader, those members learned to be punctual.
2. Too playful and overambitious
Group members are playful when it comes to group meetings. They tend to go out of
topic most of the time during discussions. But then again, our group leader successfully

learnt how to control the flow of the meeting towards the end. Some members are
overambitious and do not think before giving out ideas.

Solution to Overcome Weaknesses

1. Solution for punctuality problem
Group leader should have a one-to-one talk to ignite the realisation and the importance of
being punctual to members who are not punctual. Members should know being late once
or twice is excusable but not all the time.
2. Solution for playful and overambitious members problem
Group leader and assistant group leader have to be firm and strict during meetings. They
have to set targets or aims beforehand and make sure they accomplish them during the
meetings. The solution to the overambitious members problem is we will have to list
down the pros and cons of their ideas. The next step is ideas which are irrelevant shall be
ruled out.
