As Part of the Community Based Drug Rehabilitation Program, the Municipality of Carmen will Formally organize
PWUDs “3 Ks” ( Kabag-ohan sa Kaugalingon alang sa Kalambuan) Group to strengthen and sustain the status of the
municipality of Carmen being a drug-free community.
The Local Government Unit of Carmen conducted an Election of New set of Officers for Persons Who Used Drugs
(PWUDs) by cluster. This Election aims to reorganize all PWUDs into cluster, and to evaluate the status of all
PWUDs in each Barangay.

It was a 2 days activity 50 PWUDs or 45. 53 percent out of 112 profiled

PWUDs in the entire Activities was present. The Activity is supported by the
dynamic and generous heart Mayor, Hon. Jane V. Plaza and guided by the
Schedule of Activities CBDRP Team, Pastors, Lgu Personnel and the Brgy. Officials. Before the
