SUBJECT : AGREEMENTS ON THE RECENTLY CONCLUDED GENERAL MEETING ON

COMMUNITY-BASED REHABILITATION PROGRAM (CBRP) AND POLICY
DIRECTION ON BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCILS (BADAC)

Based on the recently concluded general meeting on CBRP and policy direction on BADAC, it has been
agreed that we conduct a 1-day revisiting of the activities conducted by the CBRP and assessment of
the functionality of BADAC to fulfill the thrust of the administration’s campaign against illegal drugs
and criminality and to cater to the needs of the Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUDs) in the barangays.

In line with this, the following is the list of schedules of said activity, to wit:

Cluster 1 (Poblacion, Tanglad, Sto. Niño, San
Agustin, Ogpao, Mamacao)
Cluster 2 (Kisulad, Sto. Rosario, Basiawan)
Cluster 3 (Cadaatan, Malalag Tubig, Pongpong,
Kidadan, San Isidro, San Roque)
Cluster 4 (Buca, Datu Daligasao)
Cluster 5 (San Antonio, Kinilidan, San Pedro,
Datu Intan, San Juan)

It has been agreed that the 1-day revisiting activity be based on the 24-week Community
Rehabilitation Network (CRN). Hence, to summarize, the activities to be conducted are the following,
to wit:
1. Spirituality session
2. Psychological session
3. Physical activity
4. Community service

A follow-up meeting to be attended by the Technical Working Group (TWG) members will be set
on February 19, 2019 at the office of the MLGOO in order to be apprised on the tasking before we
proceed to the scheduled cluster.
