The E-Logbook with Health Monitoring System for COVID-19 will help colleges monitor visitors
logs. This Electronic Logbook will specifically help institutions to manage the IN and OUT of its
employees, students, and other stakeholders. This system also records Health Declaration Data of
anyone who enters the premises. The System Administrator will be the one to setup preferences that
affects the system’s full function. You can add features to this user like, scheduling of filling up of Health
Declaration Forms, Managing Registered Profiles, Print Log Reports or even the Type of Vaccine they
want or they were injected. The System User will be the one who will log their IN and OUT histories.
They will also fill up Health Declaration Form based on the set schedule of the System Administrator. Bur
before they can record their logs electronically, they must first register in the system.

Scope and Limitation

The study focuses on Health Monitoring for COVID-19 in the College of Computer Studies and
Engineering specifically the 10% of the total population of BS in Computer Science of Surigao del Sur
State University Main Campus. This study will not cover other problems that are not consider in the
health monitoring of Covid 19. The other students which do not fall as part of BS in Computer Science
students are not within the scope of this research. This study would be done through the utilization of
questionnaire to the students as a survey and reference. By their strategy the researchers will be able to
know how to manage the IN and OUT logs of their students in their College premises.

Reasons

This E-logbook with Health Monitoring for COVID-19 system will help the institutions monitor those
students that are in and out of the College premises or Office. Also this will help our front-liners for the
contact tracing purposes if there are Person under Monitoring (PUM) and Person under Investigation
(PUI) that will surely be a big help for flattening the curve.

Issues

The researchers consider issues like not all the user will give the prompt and correct Personal Details,
Health Issues that are needed for the monitoring and report logs. Also considering that the connection is
not that good. But the researchers are eager to keep updated and efficient in data gathering.

Technology Used

The researcher aimed to use an online technology platform for the E-logbook Health Monitoring. As
observed that all of our dealings and processes is though virtual and online. That also helps the less
contact with every person.
