PROFORMA OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

On ___________________ hereinafter called the EMPLOYEE
WHEREBY IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
The employer hereby engages the employee and the employee hereby agrees to serve
with the employer in the capacity of _________________ in LONDON during such
period the employee agrees to perform all legitimate duties assigned to him/ her in his/
her capacity as ____________________ by his/ her employer.
2. The contract will remain valid for a period of SIX YEARS.
3. The employer shall pay a Monthly salary of _______________ (in figures). The
salary shall be paid at regular monthly intervals.
4. The employer will provide a maximum of four (4) ONE-WAY air flight ticket(s) for
employee and accompanying family members to London.
5. The employer will provide the employee and his/ her family, economy class Air
passage for return journey on completion of contractual period.
6. The employee will be given a leave of 30 days for every completed year of service as
per the local laws of the UK.
7. The employer will provide the employee and his/ her family (if applicable), free
Medical treatment of Government Hospital as and when required.
8. If employee wishes to terminate his/her agreement before the end of contractual
period he/she must pay the employer all expenses incurred for visa & repatriation.
9. The employer will provide to the employee free food and free accommodation.
10. Payment of compensation to the employee in case of disability or permanent injury
arising out of and incurred while on duty will be provided for in accordance with the
local Labor Laws.
11. UK, AUSTRALIA and SWITZERLAND Laws will interpret this contract and all
disputes will be settled through the appropriate Labor Courts in The UK.

12. That the hotel management will be deducting 5% of my weekly salary so as to pay off

flight ticket(s) for my personal/ family first entry to UK till the same is balanced off
during my work tenure with them.
13. That I agree to pay for my work permit fee from the immigration office in other to
enable me work and stay in UK and also enable the procurement of my visa according
to the new law from the UK immigration department (Migration act section [1-40] and
any other expenses that may incur during my documentation with the UK
immigration/Embassy.
