Introduction:
Since its inception in 1989, the Department of Chemical Engineering
Technology is producing graduates with a single specialization in Process Operation and
Chemical Analysis Technology (POCATP). Our graduates are the highly sought
candidates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the past two decades. The department is
now planning to introduce new specialization programs at the associate degree level in
the following fields.
1.Environmental Engineering Technology
2.Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering Technology.
3.Polymer Engineering Technology.
The aim of introducing these new specializations is to dovetail the
programs to meet the ever growing needs of the industrial sector. As one of the major
stakeholders, your valuable input as the responses to the attached questionnaire will be
highly helpful for us to decide and formulate the best courses for the most desired
specializations.
