INVITED DISTINGUISHED SPEAKERS
SJMSOM, at IIT Bombay announces a two day national
consortium of PhD students on Management in the 21st Century during November 30-December 1, 2015. The main objective of the consortium is to provide a platform for doctoral students of management and social sciences across the globe for presenting and discussing their research findings with other fellow colleagues. It is expected that the latest research, principles, perspectives, techniques and strategies in all fields of management will be addressed. It will also provide an opportunity to the outstanding doctoral students of management, social sciences and other allied areas to discuss their research work with other doctoral students and leading researchers in management.
The themes of the Consortium are:
Economics and Finance Information System &Technology Management International Business Marketing Operations Management Organizational Behavior and HRM Quantitative Techniques and Decision Science Strategic Management Any other allied areas of Management

FORMAT OF THE CONSORTIUM
The consortium will include selected paper
presentations by the doctoral students along with invited talks by leading experts in different domains of management. Doctoral students will get feedback on their research work for further improvement to publish and build network with peers as well as distinguished experts.

WHO CAN SUBMIT PAPERS ?
The present doctoral consortium is open for any
registered PhD student in any University/institute, across the globe. Since the Consortium expects a large number of papers, only papers, which are directly in line with the main themes of the Consortium, will be referred by the committee for review for final decision
PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The PhD Scholars are advised to submit their papers using
Times New Roman 12-point font, single spacing and APA/AOM style of referencing. The paper should be maximum 15 pages long (all inclusive, with 1 inch margin on all sides) and include personal particulars like name, title of paper, affiliation (Department and Institute), email, telephone and postal address. It should also include an abstract of maximum 300 words. Papers should be submitted (in PDF format) by sending them to phdconsortium2015@som.iitb.ac.in

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Economy Class Airfare (Air India only) from the place
of work (for overseas no airfare) to Mumbai and back will be reimbursed as per IITB rules. Lodging (maximum 3 nights beginning 29/11/2015) and boarding for the paper presenters will also be provided.
