Supervise production operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures. Ensure smooth production operation
during shift. Coordinate and partner with peers to ensure cross shift execution and consistencies in business practices.
Develop junior manufacturing supervisors and technicians competencies in operational strategies, project management
and effective employee relations and management practices. Train and coach production employees. Conduct timely
employee performance reviews. Responsible for shift schedule to include: work station assignments/rotations,
employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and
shift rotations. Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers. Coordinate with Human Resources for

manage WIP (Work In Process) in the lines, enforce the employee to follow the KANBAN process and ANDON
system to ensure the cycle time at the best tracking record, improve idling time. Solve issues related to quality,
tools, and systems. Coordinate with the stakeholders (QRE, Yield, Module Engineers) to find the root-cause,
containment, and preventive actions.
Lead many projects to improve labor productivity. As a results, saving up to $80k every year across all shifts.
Lead and conduct daily manufacturing meeting to review the production results, write daily manufacturing report
to present for Manufacturing Manager.
Calculate the manpower, request new hires, conducting the interview for setting up the new links. Control
training and certify for new hires to get ready for setting up the new lines to meet the demand of planning,
solving the issue relate the head count constraints, and also cope with the revision of demand.
Responsible for employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees,
and shift rotations. Set up the expectation of employee, tracking their performance, making their development
plan and also do evaluation their performance. Train for manufacturing leaders and technicians about: SPC
tools, 5S methodology and tools, 7 step problem solving methodology, theory of constraints, WIP management,
ANDON system, and also monitor the deployment into workplace.

employee to complete the mandatory training (safety, code of conduct...) and lead the cost reduction activities
by driving in waste elimination in production floor, strictly procedure compliance.

Involved to start-up Intel Vietnam Assembly & Test Manufacturing (ATM) factory with the role of an equipment and
process engineer, coordinated with other teams to successfully install and qualify the production lines in Intel ATM
factory.
Worked as a shift team leader role of a group of engineers to collaborate with manufacturing supervisor team to
keep process and equipment on target parameters and reduce variation.
Engaged and conferred with senior engineers in US, Costa Rica, China, and Malaysia in order to transfer new
technologies and products to Intel Vietnam site.

Collaborated closely with procurement teams and suppliers on purchase and delivery of components and
assemblies.
