Tourism in Madrid
From historical buildings to new icons of
architecture, Madrid is home to impressive
buildings and monuments that you shouldn't miss
while you are visiting the city.
Enjoy a walk till Plaza Mayor, a porticoed square
that lies at the heart of Hapsburg Madrid, the
old part of the city and one of its most charming
districts. Visit the Royal Palace, the Almudena
cathedral or any of the numerous museums,
e.g. the Prado Museum, considered by many to
be the best art gallery in the world. End the day
discovering the temple of Debod. From there
you could watch stunning sunsets.
These are just some suggestions but Madrid has
lots of sights and monuments you shouldn't miss
out. Get inspired and read more info about them
