* Seniors who are exempt 1st period report to the Auditorium at 9:20 to sign

* All Seniors, exempt and not exempt, must attend 3rd , 4th, and 5th period review
classes. Failure to attend class will be coded as an absence and will result in a

zero for the exam grade.

* Seniors who are exempt 6th period may leave after 5th period. No sign out required.
*Lockers must be cleaned out by 3pm on Tuesday, June 2.
* Exempt SENIORS will report to the Auditorium at the times noted below to sign the
exemption list and wait for dismissal announcement.

7:30 - 9:30am 2nd PERIOD EXAM

9:40 - 11:40am 4th PERIOD EXAM

A Lunch for ALL SENIORS

12:20 - 2:30pm 7th PERIOD EXAM

o Exempt 2nd period only report to the Auditorium at 9:20 to sign exemption
sheet and wait for dismissal announcement. 4th period exam begins at
9:40.
o Exempt 4th period only - report to the Auditorium at 9:30 after the 2nd period
exam to sign the exemption sheet. Wait for dismissal announcement.
o Exempt 2nd and 4th periods report to the Auditorium at 12:10 to sign the
exemption sheet and wait for the dismissal announcement. 7th period exam
begins at 12:20.
o Exempt 2nd, 4th, and 7th, - report to the Auditorium at 9:20 to sign the
exemption sheet and wait for the dismissal announcement.
*Lockers must be cleaned out by 3pm on Tuesday, June 2.

3rd and 5th period exempt SENIOR students must report to the Auditorium at
7:30 - 9:30am 3rd PERIOD Exam
9:40 - 11:45am 5th PERIOD Exam
Wednesday, June 3, 2015

11:45am Early Dismissal

Lunch will not be served at school.

8:30 for a mandatory graduation information meeting. Caps and gowns will be
distributed at this time.

Senior students who ARE NOT EXEMPT from 3rd or 5th period exams should
report to the Auditorium after their 3rd period exam or before their 5th period exam
to receive graduation information and pick up their cap and gown.

Non- exempt students my pick up their graduation materials in the Commons

Office after their exams.

8:30am Senior Exemption Activity

Graduating Seniors must report to the Auditorium at 8:30 to sign the attendance
sheet for Senior exemption activity. Wait for dismissal announcement.
