Portfolio Assignment

CALM
I am Rhenz Gabriel Viterbo, 17 years old. I am originally from Philippines, the
country where I was born. My fathers name is Reynante Viterbo and my mothers name
is Gerlie Viterbo, I also have a brother named Ronn Gerard Viterbo. I am currently in
grade 11 in Notre Dame High School. I can be shy at first but when the time comes and
i got used to cooperating with everyone, I can become an outgoing person. I love to play
basketball and listen to music when i have free time. I also love to play computer games
and sometimes I draw anime characters. The best gift that I received was the ability to
play instruments like drums and guitar. I feel loneliest when I got left behind by my
friends because I felt really alone. I can be optimistic even though Im really short in time
in the due dates of schoolworks and projects knowing that I can finish it by believing in
myself and having faith in God. I believe that going to church is important because I
want my sins to be forgiven. I believe that there is a God because he answers every
prayer of each and everyone in the world.
A career that I am interested in pursuing is Physiotherapist because I want to be
helpful to others to recover or improve their physical abilities. I want to help them by
giving them advice to prevent injuries and diseases. I also want to try treating others
who got hurt or got injured. I also want to teach patients how to restore, maintain and/or
maximize movement, reduce pain, and manage any chronic symptoms.
The skills that I had developed over the past few years are my Communication
skills, Planning and Organizing Skills, Cooperation Skills, and Decision-Making skills.
Before i came here in Canada i was not used to speaking English because I came from
Philippines. When I arrived here, I was shy at first and then when the time had passed I
got used to it and I also got used to communicating with other people and learned to
speak English. I developed my planning and Organizing skills when I started in high
school, I have a lot of classes that I took and I organized which subjects should I
prioritize in order to be successful in high school and I also planned on which subjects I

should take in order to get into the requirements of the college course that Im taking. I
learned to cooperate since I was in elementary school participating in group activities
and sharing thoughts and ideas to your group mates and helping them to finish and get
the work done. I learned decision making over the past few years because I need and I
have to take risk of everything and I need to be responsible in myself and to others
around me.
