Tony,
further to my 14-6-2015 correspondence I like to put some hypothetical situations to you
and you may then determine if as criminal in these situations should be deported.
Situation 1:

20

A man named Tony Abbott goes to the local Post Office and while writing details of information someone
next to him is giving it to him on a slip of paper of the Australian Post , he then post his letter and leaves the
Post office. When he steps outside the police arrest him for theft as he was using a form belonging to
Australian Post to write details on regarding Australian Post services and not for his own private usage, as
that is technically stealing from the Commonwealth of Australia. Would you deport this Tony Abbott?

Situation 2:

30

A person named Tony Abbot attends to Centrelink to reclaim some Medibank expenditure and well while he
is using a pencil to write detail someone not liking him (Is this really possible) puts his elbow into the side of
Tony Abbot and well Tony in anger breaks the pencil but then puts is down. Staff call the policed and charge
Tony Abbott with wilful damage of Commonwealth property. Would you deport Tony Abbot if convicted in
view of the provisions of s29 of the Crimes Act 1914?

Situation 3:
35

A man named Tony Abbott is at home preparing a meal when neighbours call the police reporting that Tony
abbot is having a large knife in his end. The police obviously concerned arrest Tony Abbott while he is still
wielding a knife at the meat on the table for having an item used in terrorism, often used to kill people.
Would you deport Tony Abbott if convicted for having an item that is used in terrorism?

Situation 4:

A man named Tony Abbott is driving home when he ends up being hit by another car. Tony knows that he
must exchange details (Road traffic regulations) and lacking any paper to write he decides that writing on a
banknote he has with him at least will ensure he complies with legal requirements to provide his details.
Promptly the police arrest him for vandalising Commonwealth property as banknotes remain the property of
the Commonwealth. Would you deport Tony Abbott if convicted?

.
Situation 5;
A man named Tony Abbott is at home when a neighbour call on him if he can assist him with tying up his
load on his trailer. Ton y goes over to the neighbours house and while the neighbour holds the load in placed
Tony is using the rope to tie up the items. The police arrive and arrest Tony for using an item that is used

Basically anyone during his/her lifetime will have stolen something of the federal government
and likely damaged Commonwealth property. If just driving of the road into the of road shoulder
of a Commonwealth road in a Commonwealth territory. As I set out above just taking a piece of
paper like a slip from a post office for ulterior purposes technically is theft. Surely those common
conducts should never be to validate deportation!
Indeed, most people using the Internet may breach commonwealth laws one way or another, even
so it may be merely to download something or wrote about something.
How many persons took a slip from bank to use for depositing monies into the bank but then at
home happen to use it to write up a shopping list or whatever? This is technically stealing from
the bank and if it belongs to the Commonwealth it can be held to deliberately vandalise the form,
and so deportation may follow if convicted?
.
It seems to me that if you are going to use b reaches of commonwealth law or damages to
commonwealth property you better make sure this is not enduing up to be used against anyone
who may be in a kitchen merely preparing food and then get arrested for using an item often
used in terrorism.
Terrorist such as ISIS also use cameras. So to say, off it goes with the heads of those using
cameras?
Terrorist also use pen and paper to write and send information. So to say, off it goes with the
heads of those using pen and paper?
Terrorist also are using laptops, watches, and numerous other items, including clothing and so to
say off it goes with the heads of those using any of those kind of devices?
Terrorist also use money, as after all hostage often are released after ransoms are paid, so to say
off with the heads of anyone handling an item such as money?
Perhaps you may now realise that any grounds to be used against a person for deportation better
is not something that can be misused. As such a conviction made must be indicated by the court
to be one specifically being an item used in the process of terrorism or to aid and assist in
terrorism. As such the court must find that it specifically was in relation to a terrorist act and niot
otherwise.
