16 further to my 19 April 2024 correspondence it should be understood that the court
17 has powers to order cost against a 3th party where the court may hold that a third party and/or
18 parties, this may be legal representatives of a party, councillors, debt collection agency, etc,
19 having failing to act in the circumstances, ought to be held liable for any cost.
20 For example, where I can prove I had 2 adults cleaning the property of wheat growing to their
21 best of their ability by slashing the growth and on a further date again attended to the property to
22 spray the entire property to the best of their ability, whereas Buloke Shire Council did nothing to
23 seek to prevent the unwanted wheat to contaminate my property the Court may hold any 3rd party
24 liable. Likewise, with any litigation regarding the alleged “delegated” State land taxation
25 referred to as “council rates” the court may hold that the ongoing conflict/litigation may have
26 been of the making of Buloke Shire Council, its councillors and/or lawyers, Debt collector, by
27 over the years failing to appropriately communicate and possible resolve issues concerned, such
28 as pursuing payments to which Buloke Shire Council may be deemed to have had or has no
29 lawful right to pursue then again a Court can issue orders of cost against any such party/parties
30 as it may deem appropriate.
