8 in my view you are guilty of derelict of your obligations and duties as Attorney-General,
9 grossly incompetent and I below intent to set out some further matters.

15 Police (see below) that the document purporting to be Australians contract with Pfizer then

19 Had the Australian Federal Police and your Department immediately acted and nullified the
20 purported contract for being based upon the so called vaccine being to “protect” when in fact it
21 never did then the Thai government as well as others may have immediately taken action to
22 possible stop either temporary or permanent the so called misnamed vaccines (being a “gene
23 therapy”. Here we got a Minister for Foreign Affairs and a “Travelling Pete” (Anthony
24 Albanese) all about Ukraine instead of doing the work regarding what appears to me a gigantic
25 COVID scam that has been harming Australians and even cause the death of many. Perhaps had
26 the contract been immediately nullified other countries like Thailand may have acted
27 immediately also, and Princess Bajrakitiyabha of Thailand may not have ended u8p as she
28 did!

17 in this COMPLAINT ( which will be in several parts) I will address various matters
18 albeit not stated in any order of importance, while some must be considered also as to my past
19 complaints provided to IBAC.

22 While IBAC may railroad a COMPLAINT on the allegation it is not in the “public
23 interest” reality is many have died needlessly and many more will die to which I view
24 IBAC could have prevented this had it done a proper investigation. I on the other hand
25 have been working for decades to expose the rot and well so to say the chickens are
26 coming home. While IBAC staff is being paid by taxpayers monies and fail to deliver, I on
27 the other hand provide my research free of charge and publish it at my Scribd blog

5 If the contract was not legally valid as the products were not at all to “prevent” what it claimed
6 to be for then should monies paid be refunded and also Pfizer/Novavax be held legally liable for
7 all cost, etc, regarding the harm inflicted upon Australians? After all it failed to provide the
8 product for which the contract was for. I propose in further Supplement 3 to refer to this also.

10 Let us look at the claim by the TGA (as referred to below)

16 In my view this proves that the TGA simply was part of the elaborate covid scam to deceive
17 Australians about “to prevent” whereas Pfizer Director Janine Small made clear no such
18 testing was done! It then must be questioned if TGA John Skerritt was competent in
19 considering to approve the product for “clinical trial” when as I understand it from Senate
20 Estimates October 2022 didn’t even know relevant issues and appeared to have misled the
21 Senate Estimate committee. In my view the is a conflict of interest with the TGA receiving about
22 m96% of its funding from pharmaceutical companies and others whereas monies should be in
23 my view payable to the Consolidated Revenue Funds instead. The question therefore must be
24 asked why did TGA John Skerrit claim “COMIRNATY has been shown to prevent COVID-19”
25 and “safe and effective” where the “clinical trials” are still, ongoing and as such it is absurd to
26 pre-judge the final outcome unless this was deliberate to pursue “government policy”. This as
27 John Skerritt claimed on 17 February 2021 in an interview with ABC Leigh Sales to follow
28 “government policy”.

44 are nothing more but some talking head grossly incompetent to do the job of Attorney-General as
45 after all if you knew you would oppose the so called “National Cabinet” as being
46 unconstitutional and without legal basis.
