34 When Will COVID Jab Injuries Be Addressed?

36 Then there are the jab injuries, which according to Rennick now number around 140,000,
37 "more than all the injuries reported from vaccines since 1971." Yet despite this shocking
38 discrepancy, the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) — just as the Food and
39 Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the U.S. — refuses to
40 look at or even acknowledge the signal.

17 Chief Health Officer Hasn't Read Key Science Reports

19 Rennick reviews how he asked professor Brendan Murphy, who was the chief health officer
20 at the time, whether he'd actually read the nonclinical trial report for the Pfizer shot. As it
21 turns out, he had not. And because he hadn't, what he told the public was complete make-
22 believe.

24 "These guys have NO IDEA what they are talking about," Rennick says. "[Murphy] had
25 been saying … that the spike protein wasn't in the blood. Well, had he read the report
26 he would have known that they never tested [for] the spike protein.

28 He would have also known that when they did the animal trials, the report said there
29 was no difference in lung inflammation between the placebo group and the vaccinated
30 group after nine days. There was not one [wit] of evidence that showed the vaccine was
31 effective.

33 But did anyone in this chamber … actually read that report? I bet you not. But you all
34 went out there and said it was safe and effective, when you didn't have a clue what you
35 were talking about.

37 Shame on you, because the law in this country, in the Australian Immunization Register,
38 says you cannot be coerced into taking a vaccine, No. 1, and No. 2 is that you need to
39 be properly informed about what is in the vaccine …

41 [T]hat spike protein in the vaccine isn't even the same as in the virus. No, no, no,
42 they've actually changed one of the nucleotides and they've got a synthetic gene in the
43 vaccine … which is designed to make it last longer."

45 Rennick points out that when it was discovered that the spike protein load doubled in the
46 ovaries between Day 1 and Day 2 after the jab, they simply stopped the trial and continued to
47 say that the spike protein stayed at the site of injection, which was a blatant lie.

5 nonclinical trial report. It was released on the TGA FOI disclosure log 239-6 … You
6 should also read the top paragraph on Page 8 that says the study suggests the spike
7 protein can either be inserted into the membrane or secreted from the cell.

9 What does that tell you? … It tells you that rather than actually killing the actual
10 pathogen, which is what a normal vaccine would have done, this particular vaccine
11 goes inside your cell, takes over the reproduction of the ribosome, which is what
12 produces the protein, and then starts producing more of the toxic substance.

14 That is not the name of the game. You would want to actually kill the virus. You do not
15 want to reproduce it. And of course, Murphy, the chief health officer, claims that there
16 is nothing to worry about. He never read the document.

18 And then we got professor [Paul] Kelly [deputy chief medical officer for the Australian
19 Department of Health] … he came out and made the bold statement that it stops
20 transmission. Well, he was LYING, because the FDA [U.S. Food and Drug
21 Administration] came out December 20 and said there was NO evidence that the
22 vaccine stopped transmission."

24 The Shots Actually Have Negative Effectiveness

26 We now have data showing that not only do the shots not prevent infection or transmission,
27 but they have negative effectiveness. Their effectiveness rapidly wanes, 3,4 and after 90 days,
28 both Moderna's and Pfizer's shots make you MORE susceptible to COVID.
29 As shown in the graphic5 below, Danish data reveal Omicron cases among the jabbed rose
30 dramatically after three months for both injections, giving Pfizer a negative effectiveness of
31 76.5% at 90 days' post-jab and Moderna a 39.3% negative effectiveness.

34 Repeated Boosters Come With Additional Cost

36 Waning effectiveness is the justification for repeated boosters, but artificially inflated
37 antibodies caused by repeated boosters signal to your body that you're chronically infected,

2 pathogens, T-cell elevations, and increased antibody production to rid your body of "viral
3 debris." This is supposed to be a temporary response; after the threat is neutralized, your body
4 tamps down its immune response.

6 This is by design, as a perpetual fever and high levels of antibodies keep your body in a
7 dangerous state. Just as chronic stress (keeping your body in an extended state of "fight or
8 flight mode") increases disease risks, so, too, do permanently elevated levels of antibodies.

22 Florida Petitions Grand Jury Investigation, and More

24 If political representatives truly cared about the people they supposedly serve, there would be
25 scores of them speaking out and taking a stand against the COVID shots the way Rennick is
26 doing in Australia. At present, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisc., stands out as a lone warrior
27 and advocate for the COVID jab-injured in the U.S.

29 That said, in mid-December 2022, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis petitioned the Florida Supreme
30 Court for a grand jury investigation of crimes and wrongdoing committed in relation to the
31 COVID-19 jabs,8 so there's hope for justice yet. According to the governor's press release:9

33 "The pharmaceutical industry and the FDA have refused to release patient-level data
34 for independent researchers. Meanwhile, the COVID-19 vaccines … continue to be
35 marketed as safe and effective, even though the vaccines do not prevent transmission

39 adverse events. These risks include coagulation disorders, acute cardiac injuries, Bell's

43 investigate crimes and wrongs in Florida related to the COVID-19 vaccines …"

45 DeSantis is also implementing autopsy surveillance of post-jab sudden deaths, and has
46 established an independent Public Health Integrity Committee to assess federal health
47 guidance "to ensure that Florida's public health policies are tailored for Florida's communities

4 later, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) (July 21, 2021) called for
5 the withdrawal of the PCR test as a valid method for detecting and identifying SARS-
6 CoV-2. Moreover, the WHO in January 2020, did not possess an isolate and purified sample
7 of the novel 2019-nCov virus. The Berlin Virology team (headed by Drosten):
8 “recommended to the WHO, that in the absence of an isolate of the 2019-nCoV virus, a
9 similar 2003-SARS-CoV should be used as a “proxy” (point of reference) of the novel virus”

11 As of December, 31 2021, the PCR test is no longer considered valid by the CDC in the

14 The CDC has now firmly acknowledged that the PCR test does not effectively differentiate
15 between Covid-19 and Seasonal Influenza. A PCR positive does not imply a “Covid-19
16 Confirmed Case”. It could be influenza or a corona common cold. The CDC called for its
17 withdrawal effective December 31, 2021.
18 Fake Data: 465 Million So-Called “Confirmed Covid-19 Cases”
19 If the PCR test is invalid (confirmed by numerous studies as well as WHO, CDC), the 465
20 Million so-called “Confirmed Covid-19 Cases” (see diagram below, MARCH 18, 2022)

24 The Pandemic Treaty and the QR Verification Code

26 In early March 2022 an Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) was established with a
27 mandate to create “A Pandemic Treaty”, i.e. a global health governance entity under WHO
28 auspices, which would override the authority of the WHO member states:
29 , “The INB held its first meeting to draft and negotiate an international instrument on
30 pandemic prevention, preparedness and response under the authority of the WHO”

32 The Pandemic Treaty is tied into the WHO’s QR Verification Code project, which is intent
33 upon creating a global digital data bank of 7.9 billion people. Both initiatives are to be carried
34 out concurrently by the WHO in liaison with ID2020 and the Gavi Alliance, both of which are
35 funded by the Gates Foundation.
36 Peter Koenig describes the QR Code as
37 “an all-electronic ID – linking everything to everything of each individual (records of health,
38 banking, personal and private, etc.).”

2 state” controlled by the financial establishment. It’s part of what the late David
3 Rockefeller entitled “the march towards World Government”.
4 The legitimacy of both the Pandemic Treaty and the QR Verification Code under WHO
5 auspices rests on the presumption that the alleged “Covid-19 Pandemic is Real” and that the
6 “mRNA vaccine constitutes a SOLUTION to the alleged Covid-19 pandemic.”
7 Both initiatives are based on outright fraud and corruption. What is the evidence:

9 1. The Number of “Covid-19 Cumulative Confirmed Cases” resulting from the RT-PCR test
10 did not justify the WHO’s decision to officially launch a pandemic on March 11,
11 2020. The numbers were ridiculously low. There was no evidence that SARS-CoV-2 was
12 spreading nationally or internationally.

14 2. The Lockdown instructions transmitted in March 2020 to more than 190 member states of
15 the UN are totally invalid.

33 The first stage of this crisis was the launching of a Public Health Emergency of
34 International Concern (PHEIC) by the WHO on January 30th. While officially it was
35 not designated as a “Pandemic”, it nonetheless contributed to spearheading the fear
36 campaign. The number of “confirmed cases” based on faulty estimates (PCR) used to
37 justify this far reaching decision was ridiculously low.
38 The Worldwide population outside China is of the order of 6.4 billion. On January 30,
39 2020 outside China there were:
40 83 cases in 18 countries, and only 7 of them had no history of travel in China. (see WHO,
41 January 30, 2020).

1 On the following day January 31, 2020: President Trump Suspends Air Travel with
2 China, which contributed to the broader crisis in air travel and commodity trade. The five
3 so-called “confirmed cases” in the US were sufficient to “justify” President Trump’s
4 January 31st 2020 decision.

6 February 20th, 2020: At a press conference on Thursday the 20th of February
7 afternoon (CET Time) in a briefing in Geneva, the WHO Director General. Dr
8 Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, said that he was
9 “concerned that the chance to contain the coronavirus outbreak was “closing” …
10 “I believe the window of opportunity is still there, but that the window is narrowing.”
11 Those statements were based on 1076 “confirmed cases” outside China for a
12 population of 6.4 billion
13 These “shock and awe” statements contributed to heightening the fear campaign, despite
14 the fact that the number of confirmed cases outside China was exceedingly low.
15 February 20-21, 2020 marks the beginning of the 2020 Financial Crash which was
16 Spearheaded by Dr. Tedros’ Statement.

19 A Pandemic is broadly defined as
20 “An outbreak of a disease occurring over a wide geographic area (such as multiple

6 These are the figures used to justify the lockdown and the closing down of 190 national

28 Yet it was on the basis of these 44,729 cases that sweeping lockdown policies were
29 imposed on 190 sovereign countries through a complex decision-making procedure
30 which inevitably required corruption and bribing of senior government officials.
31 The March 11 Lockdown was followed by “Black Thursday“, a second major Financial
32 Crash, which immediately followed the pandemic announcement.
33 Phase II. March-December 2020: Fear Campaign. PCR Test Goes Into High Gear
34 From March 2020 up until the launching of the mRNA COVID-19 vaccine in November
35 2020, the PCR test goes into high gear.

2 implement the PCR-RT test on a massive scale, with a view to pushing up the numbers of

32 (quoting and misquoting “scientific opinion”) that the virus’ has a “hit and run killer
33 evolutionary tactic” to spread the Covid-19 infection far and wide. Timely report
34 published two weeks prior to the launching of the mRNA vaccine:
35 “Master of Deception. In the early stages of an infection the virus is able to deceive the
36 body. …
37 It [the virus] behaves like a ‘hit and run’ killer
38 The amount of virus in our body begins to peak the day before we begin to get sick. …
39 But it takes at least a week before Covid progresses to the point where people need hospital
40 treatment. “This is a really brilliant evolutionary tactic – you don’t go to bed, you go out
41 and have a good time,” says Prof Lehner.
42 So the virus is like a dangerous driver fleeing the scene – the virus has moved on to
43 the next victim long before we either recover or die.
44 In stark terms, “the virus doesn’t care” if you die, says [Cambridge] Prof Lehner, “this is

1 It does peculiar and unexpected things to the body (BBC, James Gallagher, October 22,
2 2020, emphasis added)
3 What rubbish! The BBC personifies the killer virus, with a view to
4 creating panic. Not only are these sensationalist reports based on the results of the flawed
5 PCR tests, they also contradict the official WHO definition of Covid-19:
6 “The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, dry cough, and tiredness. …
7 These symptoms are usually mild and begin gradually. Some people become infected
8 but only have very mild symptoms. Most people (about 80%) recover from the disease
9 without needing hospital treatment. Around 1 out of every 5 people who gets COVID-19
10 becomes seriously ill and develops difficulty breathing.”
11 Moreover, rarely mentioned by the media or by politicians: The CDC (which is an agency
12 of the US government) confirms that Covid-19 is similar to Influenza
13 “Influenza (Flu) and COVID-19 are both contagious respiratory illnesses, but they
14 are caused by different viruses. COVID-19 is caused by infection with a new coronavirus
15 (called SARS-CoV-2) and flu is caused by infection with influenza viruses. Because some
16 of the symptoms of flu and COVID-19 are similar, it may be hard to tell the
17 difference between them based on symptoms alone, and testing may be needed to help
18 confirm a diagnosis. Flu and COVID-19 share many characteristics, but there are some
19 key differences between the two.”
20 If the public had been informed and reassured that Covid is “similar to Influenza”, the fear
21 campaign would have fallen flat. And the vaccine program would have been rejected
22 outright.
23 It is worth noting that the mRNA vaccine presented to public opinion as a solution to
24 curbing the killer virus relied on the the PCR test as a valid means to assessing the spread
25 of the disease. In the United States, the mRNA vaccine was launched on December 14,
26 2020. Six weeks later (January 20, 2021), the WHO repealed the validity of the PCR test.
27 In turn on July 21, 2021 the CDC declares the PCR as invalid as a means to detecting the
28 virus.
29 Phase IV: November 26, 2021, “Black Friday”. The Omicron Variant
30 Remember the Omicron crisis, still ongoing. Scary. A novel Covid variant
31 allegedly discovered in South Africa which has been spreading Worldwide. How was it
32 detected? The PCR test?
33 It started on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, 26th of November 2021.
34 It triggered a renewed fear campaign as well as instability on the stock markets with the
35 shares of Big Pharma vaccine producers going fly high. It incited people to get their
36 vaccine booster shots.
37 The omicron announcement was a carefully prepared fraud. Two days later, the WHO
38 politely repealed the statement of its own advisory task force:
39 “There is currently no information to suggest that symptoms associated with Omicron are
40 different from those from other variants.”
41 In turn, Dr. Angelique Coetzee, Chair of the South African Medical Association (SAMA)
42 described the omicron variant as “extremely mild, for us [these are] mild cases. … I’ve
43 spoken to other colleagues of mine and they give the same picture.” (See Video Interview

45 These rectifications did not in any way impede the 24/7 fear campaign sustained by media
46 disinformation. In fact it created panic.
47 Meanwhile, a massive home testing campaign was initiated.

1 Literally billions of antigen and home test kits have been distributed Worldwide. In the
2 U.S. more than a billion test kits were made available for a population of 340 million
3 Americans.
4 In Canada, 291 million test kits were distributed. Canada’s population is of the order of
5 38.5 million.
6 In many countries, the “deadly” Omicron variant became the pretext for implementing
7 renewed partial lockdowns, the speeding up of the vaccine mandate, restrictions on travel
8 as well as confinement and stay at home mandates over the Christmas and New Year
9 holiday period.

13 Pushing up the Numbers of FAKE “Covid-19 Confirmed cases”
14 Coinciding with the Omicron crisis, the surge in the import and distribution of literally
15 billions of home and antigen test kits Worldwide has contributed to pushing up the
16 number of FAKE “Covid-19 confirmed cases”.

18 In the course of less than 5 months (November 1st, 2021 to March 18, 2022), the
19 cumulative confirmed cases have almost doubled.
20 Joe Biden’s Purchase of More than A Billion Home and Antigen Test Kits
21 In the US the White House announced in January that it was buying at tax payers expense:
22 “One Billion Tests to Give to Americans for Free with Online Ordering of a Half-Billion
23 Tests Begins on January 19th”.
24 This purchase was in addition the earlier deliveries of several hundred million home kits.
25 Starting in late November, the home test kits contributed to hiking up the so-called
26 “Confirmed Cases” in the US. (See graph below)
27 These figures are fake because the WHO and the CDC have categorized the PCR test as
28 totally invalid.
29 And the home tests are categorized as less reliable than the PCR test which is upheld as the
30 gold standard.

1 Justin Trudeau’s Purchase of 291 Million Home and Antigen Test Kits
2 In Canada, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau ordered the delivery of 94 million rapid home
3 test kits (self testing and antigen testing kits) back in November 2021 which were delivered
4 and distributed to the provinces.
5 Another 140 million were ordered by the federal government in early January 2022 at a
6 cost of 1.7 billion (Canadian) dollars at tax payers’ expense.
7 Canada has a population of 38.5 million and we now have 291 million antigen rapid test
8 kits (See table below). In other words exactly 7 tests per person.
9 This process has contributed in the course of the last few months to creating fear and
10 havoc within Canadian families while hiking up the number of so-called “Covid-
11 19 confirmed cases”
12 The estimated cost to Canadian tax payers is of the order of 3.5 billion Canadian dollars.
13 (February 2022). A recent update (December 6, 2022), confirms that “the federal
14 government has provided $4.28 billion to the provinces and territories to help them”:
15 conduct testing (up to 200,000 tests per day across Canada)
16 perform contact tracing
17 share public health data to help fight the pandemic
18 Needless to say this 4.28 billion dollar budget sustained by a mounting public debt has
19 created havoc in the Canada’s fiscal structure, to the detriment of routine expenditures on
20 infrastructure in the areas of health, education, transport etc, etc.

26 “The Gold Standard” PCR Test
27 Ironically the home tests are compared to the flawed PCR test which is currently upheld it
28 as the so-called gold standard. According to the NYT (Updated Nov. 10, 2021) the rapid
29 antigen and home test kits are less effective than PCR test:

1 The rapid antigen tests are less reliable for finding Covid-19 in people with low viral loads
2 compared to the “gold standard” P.C.R. tests you’d get from a health care provider.
3 One study found that a rapid home antigen test had a 64 percent chance of correctly
4 spotting the virus in people with symptoms who had tested positive on a P.C.R. test. (The
5 test caught only about 36 percent of those who had the virus but didn’t have symptoms.)
6 What the NYT fails to acknowledge is that the CDC had called for the “Gold Standard”
7 PCR test to be discontinued on July 23, 2021 before it’s official withdrawal on December
8 31, 2021. (see analysis above)
9 The CDC directive tacitly admits is that the PCR test does not effectively differentiate
10 between “SARS-CoV-2 and influenza viruses”. We have known this from the outset.
11 While it has taken them almost two years to recognize that the PCR test is totally flawed
12 and invalid, the PCR test is upheld as the gold standard in relation to the antigen and home
13 test kits.

33 countries. This is multibillion profit driven agenda.

2 Wow: 452 cases. These “shock and awe” statements contributed to triggering panic,
3 despite the fact that the number of confirmed cases outside China was exceedingly low.
4 The statement by Dr. Tedros (based on flawed concepts and statistics) set the stage for the
5 February financial collapse triggered by inside information, foreknowledge, derivative
6 trade, short-selling and a galore of hedge fund operations.
7 COVID-19 was narrowly identified as the catalyst of the financial crash. Who was behind
8 this catalyst?
9 Who was behind the fear campaign which contributed to triggering chaos and uncertainty
10 on financial markets?
11 The small number of “COVID-19 confirmed cases” outside China (1,076) did not in any
12 way point to an unfolding worldwide epidemic. But this did not prevent the markets from
13 plummeting.
14 The markets had been manipulated. Whoever had foreknowledge (“inside information”) of
15 the WHO Director-General’s February 20, 2020 statement would have reaped significant
16 monetary gains.
17 Was there a conflict of interest (as defined by the WHO)? The WHO is partly funded by
18 the Gates Foundation. Bill Gates has “60% of his assets invested in equities [including
19 stocks and index funds]”, according to a September 2019 CNBC report.
20 The stock market crash initiated on February 20th referred to as the 2020 Coronavirus
21 Crash (February 20-April 7, 2020) was categorized as:
22 “the fastest fall in global stock markets in financial history, and the most devastating
23 crash since the Wall Street Crash of 1929.”
24 The cause of the financial crash was (according to “analysts”) V the Virus, namely, the
25 “massive spread” of the epidemic outside China. But that was an outright lie. Media
26 disinformation played a key role in spearheading the fear campaign.

28 dispelled by financial analysts and media reports.
29 Without the human hand, there is no causal relationship between a microscopic virus and
30 the complex gamut of financial variables.
31 The “killer virus” fear campaign coupled with Dr. Tedros’s timely “warnings” of the need
32 to implement a worldwide pandemic indelibly served the interests of Wall Street’s
33 institutional speculators and hedge funds. The financial crash led to a major shift in the
34 distribution of money wealth.

9 Just over 12 months from deployment of the COVID 19 emergency use experimental
10 vaccines, scientific studies in the thousands, and reports of criminal complaints of assault
11 and murder from the illegal, unlawful use of biochemical poisons made to police forces
12 around the country, verify an assault on an unsuspecting UK population. Irrefutable
13 science shows that the COVID 19 vaccine is not safe and not effective in limiting
14 transmission or infection from the SARS-CoV-2, coronavirus pathogens.
15 The “safe and effective” false propaganda, put out by public officials who now are
16 continuing to push this vaccine, is a clear breach of duty. A public office holder is subject
17 to, and aware of, a duty to prevent death or serious injury that arises only by virtue of the

27 experiment to facilitate usage of mRNA technology that is demonstrably not a vaccine, and
28 which contains biologically toxic nano-metamaterials associated with 5G urban data
29 gathering capability.
30 Metal nanoparticulates are known in science to be genotoxic—a poison that can also cause
31 sterilization. The dangers posed to the victims in the near term from this medical battery
32 are now known. However, the long term lethality of this weapon is not as yet realized due
33 to the debilitating effects it has on the immune system, causing Acquired
34 Immunodeficiency Syndrome(AIDS).

10 The attacks on gas infrastructure occurred prior to Russia announcing it would resume
11 deliveries to Azerbaijan via the Yamal-Europe pipeline.
12 The corporate war propaganda media has attributed the attacks to Ukraine. However,
13 according to the Daily Express, Jack Murphy, described as a former “US Army Special
14 Operations operative,” said last week
15 that NATO and US intelligence agencies have been running agents inside Russia, directing
16 them to target critical infrastructure in a bid to create “chaos.” Shopping centres, gas
17 pipelines and fuel depots have all suffered damage across Russia in recent months with Mr
18 Murphy pointing to a CIA-directed campaign of covert “sabotage.”
19 On his website, Murphy writes the “campaign involves long standing sleeper cells that the
20 allied spy service has activated to hinder Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine by waging a secret
21 war behind Russian lines.”
22 While no American personnel are involved on the ground in Russia in the execution of
23 these missions, agency paramilitary officers are commanding and controlling the
24 operations, according to two former intelligence officials and a former military
25 official. The paramilitary officers are assigned to the CIA’s Special Activities Center but
26 detailed to the agency’s European Mission Center, said the two former intelligence
27 officials. Using an allied intelligence service to give the CIA an added layer of plausible
28 deniability was an essential factor in U.S. President Joe Biden’s decision to approve the
29 strikes, according to a former U.S. special operations official.
30 There is plenty of evidence the CIA has long been involved in precisely these kinds of
31 sabotage operations. Prior to the establishment of the national security state and the CIA,
32 the agency’s predecessor, the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), produced a sabotage
33 manual in 1944.
34 “Sabotage varies from highly technical coup de main acts that require detailed planning
35 and the use of specially trained operatives, to innumerable simple acts which the ordinary
36 individual citizen-saboteur can perform,” states the manual in its introduction.

39 Since that time, the CIA has honed its sabotage techniques. In “At the Abyss: An Insider’s
40 History of the Cold War,” Thomas C. Reed, a former U.S. Air Force secretary who was
41 serving in the National Security Council at the time, writes the CIA, under its notorious
42 boss, William Casey, was responsible for a natural gas pipeline explosion that crippled the
43 flagging Soviet economy in 1982.
44 “In order to disrupt the Soviet gas supply, its hard currency earnings from the West, and
45 the internal Russian economy, the pipeline software that was to run the pumps, turbines,
46 and valves was programmed to go haywire, after a decent interval, to reset pump speeds
47 and valve settings to produce pressures far beyond those acceptable to pipeline joints and
48 welds,” Reed writes.

10 signed “a finding for covert action against Russia before he left office,” and the finding
11 “included language about sabotage operations, according to a former CIA official.”
12 In other words, the USG had planned subversion operations inside Russia well before the
13 SMO, basically a continuation of decades of sabotage and covert operations targeting the
14 Soviet Union and, after its fall, the Russian Federation.
15 Following the USG-orchestrated coup in Kyiv, an “allied spy service” began running
16 sleeper cells in Russia, an “extensive network” that included “front companies that were
17 established as platforms to support such behind-the-lines operations,” many that go back at
18 least 20 years, thus revealing the sabotage operations predate the Russian SMO by at least
19 two decades.
20 The CIA had formed “stay behind armies,” ostensibly to resist an unlikely Soviet invasion
21 of Europe, and these were involved in terrorist acts designed to frighten populations away
22 from voting for socialist, communist, and other leftist political parties.
23 The covert branch of the CIA, the Office of Policy Coordination, under the direction of
24 Frank Wisner, set up Europe’s stay-behind armies. Dubbed Operation Gladio, the CIA
25 established paramilitaries in France (“Plan Bleu”), Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Sweden,
26 Finland, Denmark, Norway, Germany (led by former SS officer Hans Otto), Portugal,
27 Greece, Spain, and Turkey, all apparently trained by NATO in “unorthodox warfare” to be
28 levied against Russia.
29 During the Cold War, the CIA worked closely with the neo-Nazis in Ukraine and emigre
30 groups. Project AERODYNAMIC (formerly CARTEL, ANDROGEN, AECARTHAGE,
31 between 1949 and 1970) concentrated on anti-Soviet operations, largely confined to
32 propaganda. This entailed working closely with ultranationalists that have long had one
33 goal in mind—the murder of ethnic Russians in Ukraine.

39 As early as 1949, the CIA used Ukraine—and Belarus, Poland, and the Baltics—as a base
40 of operations to undermine the Soviet Union. The goal of Operation Red Sox was to
41 provide “unprecedented insight into Moscow’s designs in Eastern Europe—and, if
42 possible, to help crack apart the Soviet empire itself,” according to Politico. In addition, the
43 CIA was “stoking nascent nationalist movements in Ukraine” and across the Balkans.
44 Elsewhere in Europe, the CIA recruited rightwing extremists to engage in various terrorist
45 attacks, as revealed during the trial of Italian fascist Vincenzo Vinciguerra, a member of
46 Ordine Nuovo (“New Order”), a far-right cultural and extra-parliamentary political and
47 paramilitary organization. It shared a motto with the Nazi Waffen SS.
48 The Movimento Politico Ordine Nuovo staged terror attacks blamed on leftists. The attacks
49 include the 1969 bombing of the Piazza Fontana in Milan, killing 16 people, and in 1970,

1 the bombing of the Rome-Messina train, killing 6 and wounding 100. These terror attacks
2 were called a “strategy of tension.”
3 The recent CIA-NATO sabotage operation, Murphy explains, is but one of many such
4 efforts to undermine and take down Putin and the Russian Federation.
5 The NATO ally’s campaign overseen by the CIA is only one of several covert operations
6 efforts being undertaken by Western nations in Russia, according to two former U.S.
7 special operations officials. Alarmed by Russia’s February invasion, other European
8 intelligence services have activated long-dormant resistance networks [Operation Gladio]
9 in their own countries, who in turn have been running operatives into Russia to create
10 chaos without CIA help, according to a former U.S. military official. In addition, as has
11 been widely reported, Ukrainian intelligence and special operations forces are running their
12 own operations behind Russian lines.
13 In short, there is a multi-nation concerted effort to attack Russia from within, an effort
14 Russia undoubtedly considers a threat to its national security. Vladimir Putin has said on
15 several occasions Russia will respond to existential threats with tactical nuclear weapons.
16 Putin and his generals will further escalate in Ukraine as the CIA and its saboteurs target
17 civilian and military targets deep inside Russia. “President Putin is actually attempting to
18 retain some semblance of stability in the increasingly destabilized world that’s been thrown
19 into chaos by America’s apocalyptic plot to restore its declining unipolar hegemony,”
20 writes Andrew Korybko for the Oriental Review.
21 Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine was commenced as a last resort to uphold
22 the integrity of its national security red lines in that country in particular and in the region
23 more broadly that were being crossed by the US-led West in pursuit of its grand strategic
24 plot to restore its declining unipolar hegemony.
25 That plot, imperative for the USG and its so-called partners, will pull out all the stops in an
26 effort to destroy Russia and China, two major competitors working to establish a
27 multipolar world free of the coercive and often deadly politics of the neoliberal order and
28 its enforcers, the USG national security state, the CIA, the Pentagon, and domestically with
29 the FBI, DHS, and additional “partners,” including Silicon Valley’s social media
30 behemoths excommunicating heretics and megaphoning the state’s forever war narrative.
31 The war against ethnic Russians in Ukraine—masterminded by the USG following its
32 orchestrated coup against a democratically elected and Russian-friendly government in
33 2014—will continue until, like Afghanistan, stalemate and defeat present reality as
34 stubbornly unavoidable and the decision is made to retreat (while calling it something
35 else), leaving behind billions of dollars worth of military equipment, and forsaking the
36 lives of abandoned collaborators.
37 For the indeterminate future, the CIA will attempt to raise an underground army of neo-
38 Nazis and likeminded to fight a low-intensity guerrilla war in Russian “annexed” (by
39 popular vote) Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, and soon Mariupol, Zaporizhia, Kryvyi Rih, and
40 Odesa (the latter four also overwhelmingly voted to be “annexed” by Russia).
41 This will be the next phase of the war as it dawns on the panhandler Zelenskyy and his
42 USG debt-straddled patron that defeating Russia on its own border is impossible short of
43 lobbing a few thermonukes in the direction of Moscow.
44 Putin did not decide to use nuclear weapons when the war propaganda media declared
45 triumphantly (and falsely) that he was painted into a corner. As for the USG, if and when it
46 is painted into a corner as the world turns multipolar in rejection of poverty-inducing
47 neoliberalism, there is no guarantee it will not lash out with nukes and begin the process of
48 ending life on the planet.

17 The world realises why it is so urgent to bring the fighting to an end and to work out a
18 diplomatic solution to the conflict. There have been attempts in that direction. In the early
19 months of the conflict, Pope Francis of the Catholic Church tried to mediate. He was followed
20 by Indonesian President, Joko Widodo in his capacity as the then Chair of G20. Widodo met
21 with the main protagonists on both sides of the divide and pleaded for the cessation of the
22 conflict on the ground that it was having an adverse impact upon countries of the Global South.
23 Civil society groups have also offered ideas on ending the war. Code Pink and Common
24 Dreams have articulated their thoughts on a peace initiative. Two of my friends (Richard Falk
25 and Joseph Camilleri) and I also launched a call to end the war in Ukraine through a public
26 document entitled “ To all Who Care About Humanity’s and the Planet’s Future.”
27 The document not only discusses the perilous situation the world is in but also analyses the
28 underlying causes of global friction and tension. It suggests solutions to both the Ukraine war
29 and the conflict over Taiwan and proposes concrete steps that can be taken to create a world
30 that is not burdened by hegemonic politics, a world distinguished by just and equitable
31 relations between nations and communities. Towards this end it advocates the reversal of the
32 militarisation of the international system and espouses far-reaching reforms of international
33 institutions. The document recognises that for all these changes to take place there has to be “a
34 massive global awakening of human wisdom and energy.”

37 Richard, Joe and I then invited a number of individuals we were familiar with to endorse the
38 document on the 27th of August 2022. 44 of them responded positively. They comprise some
39 of the world’s leading civil society personalities, public intellectuals and activists. With their
40 endorsement, the document went public. The citizens of the world were now invited to join the
41 effort to stop wars, reduce global tensions and build a world committed to justice and
42 compassion in which the dignity of all creation is the primary goal of all human endeavour. To
43 date, 3,646 women and men have signed up on Change.org.
44 In spite of our effort and the endeavours of others, peace moves have not made a dent so far.
45 While there are many reasons that explain the continuance of the Ukraine war, the absolutist
46 position adopted by the antagonists appears to be a formidable obstacle. For the Russian
47 president, Vladimir Putin, his initial aim was to dissuade Ukraine from joining NATO which

1 would have brought NATO to his country’s doorstep and perhaps threatened its security. But
2 as the fighting in Ukraine became more complicated with massive Western and NATO military
3 assistance to Ukraine, he seems more determined now to emasculate his neighbour completely.
4 Similarly, Ukraine and its backers were concerned in the earlier phase of the war with
5 defending Ukraine’s sovereignty and nothing more but as Ukraine began to repel the Russian
6 invasion, its backers began to feel that they would be able to confront and defeat the Russian
7 armed forces and should therefore seize the opportunity to destroy Russia’s military might
8 once and for all.
9 The extreme positions adopted by both sides are unrealistic — and dangerous. Ukraine is not
10 going to disappear from the map. Neither is it possible to crush the Russian nation. A
11 prolonged war will only increase the suffering of both Ukrainians and Russians, and other
12 Europeans. Indeed, with winter setting in and the energy crisis looming large on the horizon,
13 the toll upon lives and lifestyles could become unbearable.
14 This is the time for both sides to concede and compromise. They should move away from hard-
15 line positions. They should work towards a negotiated settlement.
16 The world, especially civil society groups should convey this message to all the parties
17 involved. There is no way that anyone can score a decisive victory in this conflict. This is why
18 it is better to sue for peace NOW.

21 The Commonwealth of Australia in my view had no legitimate basis to get involved in the
22 Ukraine issue and at my Scribd blog I have canvassed this extensively.
23 As I recall it when Alexander Downer was Foreign Minister he made it very clear that Australia
24 had every right to send its troops into Indonesia where it failed to control its own terrorist. Well,
25 Ukraine has been for decades sending operators into the Russian Federation as well as using
26 drones, etc, to harm citizens residing in the Russian Federation. And then it started the genocide
27 in the Donbass area to kill as many Ukrainians of Russian Ethnicity. Reports of over 14,000
28 Ukrainians were allegedly murdered. Now the Ukraine NAZI Government Orthodox Churches
29 are destroyed and their priest imprisoned and the Federal Government instead of condemning
30 this is actually providing financial and mother assistance (albeit unconstitutionally) to support
31 this kind of conduct despite that S116 of our constitution should be sufficient to make clear that
32 the Commonwealth cannot support the violation of anyone’s religious liberty, not even those in
33 foreign countries.

35 Let us be realistic that the Commonwealth of Australia taking sides with NATO-(US)
36 warmongering in Ukraine places the Commonwealth of Australia directly into the danger zone
37 that any further outbreak of war hostilities involving not just the Russian Federation but others
38 such as China then forget about ANZUS treaty because the USA is reportedly depleted from
39 even defending itself if need to be let alone to come to the aid of the Commonwealth of
40 Australia. Likewise, NATO itself also reportedly depleted in weaponry and munition also would
41 be a no show if Australia would need assistance. Meaning the Commonwealth of Australia could
42 easily be gobbled up by say China and Pine Gap then be used by the CCP.
43 As I wrote and published at my Scribd blog China’s generals have for long held that it should
44 have Australia and as such it would be so to say better, if the Commonwealth of Australia were
45 to join the BRICS countries and in the process would more than likely a better security of
46 independence without having to concede to any communist system.

48 with an alleged threat then surely the Russian Federation cannot be denied the same considering

31 December 13, 2022, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for a
32 statewide grand jury investigation of crimes and wrongdoing committed against Floridians
33 related to the COVID-19 jabs. He also established an independent Public Health Integrity
34 Committee to analyze and assess federal health guidance before they’re implemented in
35 Florida
36 Contrary to the official narrative (and hence popular belief), the COVID shots have no
37 demonstrated safety. In Episode 298 of The Highwire, Del Bigtree interviews attorney
38 Aaron Siri about the various lawsuits his firm has brought to reverse COVID jab mandates.
39 Siri describes a recent deposition of Dr. Kathryn Edwards, a world-leading vaccinologist
40 who sat on Pfizer’s data safety monitoring board (DSMB). This five-member committee
41 oversaw the safety of Pfizer’s jab. A DSMB is supposed to be an independent group of
42 experts, whose responsibility it is to monitor patient safety and treatment efficacy data
43 while a clinical trial is ongoing.
44 Pfizer’s Not-so-Independent Safety Monitoring Board
45 As noted by Siri in the deposition, since the DSMB is supposed to be independent, it’s
46 crucially important that all the members of that board have no potential conflicts of interest
47 and are in fact truly independent of the drug company whose product they’re evaluating.

1 In the case of Edwards, she was a paid adviser to Pfizer before she was hired (by Pfizer) to
2 be on the DSMB for their COVID jab. According to Edwards, this fact is irrelevant,
3 because that prior relationship did not influence the work she did on the board.
4 “I say what I believe based on my expertise,” she told Siri. “So, you don’t think financial
5 incentive can sway people’s judgment at all?” Siri asked. “It does not sway my judgment,
6 Sir,” she replied. “Then why have an independent DSMB?” Siri asked. “Why doesn’t
7 Pfizer just have some of its employees on it?”
8 “Because we are independent; we are independent from Pfizer in this assessment,” she
9 replied. But just how can an independent advisory committee possibly be “independent” if
10 members have prior relationships with the company?
11 Another noteworthy tidbit from that deposition was Edwards’ comment that she reviewed
12 “lots of reactions and adverse events” from the COVID jab trial. Yet the public has
13 continuously been told there are no bad reactions. So, what was she looking at? And why,
14 if there were “lots of reactions,” did the DSMB conclude that there are no safety concerns?
15 Of course, we know at least some of what she was looking at. Pfizer trial documents1 have
16 been released showing the company amassed nine single-spaced pages’ worth of “adverse
17 events of special interest” (see pages 30 through 382), including 1,223 events with fatal
18 outcomes between December 1, 2020 and February 28, 2021 alone.
19 A whistleblower who worked on Pfizer’s Phase 3 trial has also come forward with
20 evidence showing data were falsified, patients were unblinded and follow-up on reported
21 side effects lagged way behind. Why didn’t any of these issues concern the DSMB? Was it
22 because there really was no independent DSMB?
23 What German Autopsy Data Have Revealed
24 In a mid-December 2022 Substack article, the anonymous writer who goes by the moniker
25 “A Midwestern Doctor” reviewed German autopsy data, which demonstrate:3
26 The presence of “highly unusual tissue inflammation” in people who died shortly after
27 getting the jab. As noted by the author, “Pathologists had not observed this phenomena
28 before the COVID-19 vaccines, and they suspected this inflammation would be fatal.”
29 The presence of COVID spike protein in the tissues of the deceased, whereas another key
30 part of the SARS-CoV-2 virus was absent. This suggests the actual virus was not part of
31 the problem; the only possible source of the spike protein was the jab.
32 The most recent and “most definitive” study on this subject, according to A Midwestern
33 Doctor, examined 35 people who died within 20 days of getting the COVID jab. After
34 thorough autopsy examination, 10 of the deceased were determined to have died from
35 causes other than the jab.
36 Among the remaining 25, most died from causes that, in general, have frequently been
37 linked to vaccination. Five died from myocarditis, which could potentially be linked to the
38 shot. In three of those five cases, the COVID jab was determined to be the definitive cause
39 of the myocarditis that led to their death.
40 As noted by A Midwestern Doctor, “These results are very important for convicting the
41 vaccines if it can also be proven that a large number of unexpected deaths are occurring
42 following vaccination.” As it turns out, that’s exactly what excess mortality data tell us.
43 German Insurance Provider Data Show Rise in Doctor’s Visits
44 A Midwestern Doctor also cites data from the German health insurance provider, BKK,
45 which covers about 10.9 million Germans. One of the BKK board members, Andreas
46 Shöfbeck, discovered concerning trends in their data, which he sent to the Paul-Ehrlich
47 Institut, an agency of the German Federal Ministry of Health.
48 No good deed goes unpunished in the era of COVID censorship, however, so Shöfbeck
49 was summarily dismissed from the board as thanks for his contribution to public health and

1 safety. The BKK dataset showed 2.05% of COVID jab recipients sought medical care after
2 their jab. A Midwestern Doctor continues:4
3 “This concerning safety signal prompted … the AfD [Alternative for Germany, a
4 conservative political party] … to file the German equivalent of FOIA [Freedom of
5 Information Act request] for the rest of the insurance data …
6 Recently AfD obtained AOK Sachsen-Anhalt’s data, which once analyzed, demonstrated
7 that many of the conditions we associate with COVID-19 injuries noticeably increased
8 when the vaccination campaign initiated … [C]onditions which rose five-fold or more
9 were:”

11 “AfD also submitted a FOIA request to KBV, the association which represents all
12 physicians who receive insurance in Germany and thus the largest insurance dataset
13 available.”
14 Largest Insurance Dataset Reveal Rise in Sudden Deaths
15 The larger statutory health insurance dataset from KBV, which encompasses 72 million
16 Germans, show massive increases in sudden and unexpected deaths after the COVID jabs
17 rolled out.
18 The following graph is from a press conference presentation by data analyst Tom Lausen
19 (see video below; it’s in German, but you can enable English subtitles).5 No mainstream
20 media attended the press conference.

23 “… one way that individuals have analyzed the unusual changes in health following the
24 vaccination campaigns has been to assess how far they fall outside of the expected range
25 of variation …
26 I did a quick calculation for the above graph and found that 2021’s increase from 2016-
27 2020 was 37.7σ [sigma], while 2022’s was 41.0σ. This is quite a big deal (the rarity of an
28 event happening by chance increases exponentially as the σ increases).
29 For context, a 7σ event has a 1/390,632,286,180 chance of spontaneously occurring (it is
30 thought to occur once in a billion years) … (I was not able to find a reference on the
31 probabilities for the even higher σ events observed here).
32 Given these numbers, it is very difficult to argue that these events were not caused by
33 something. In this regard, we are also quite fortunate that while the vaccines were rushed
34 to the market over a period of time far too short to establish safety, that process still took a
35 year.

1 Because of this lag, it is possible to refute the commonly cited argument that these changes
2 were due to COVID-19 or the lockdowns, as these only occurred in 2020 …”
3 Dramatic Rise in Heart-Related Fatalities
4 Lausen also presented a graph for German fatalities per quarter involving cardiac
5 problems.7,8 These six death certificate codes all correspond to “sudden deaths” with
6 cardiac cause. As you can see, heart-related mortality more than doubled in the first quarter
7 of 2021 from the year before, and nearly tripled from the five-year average.

9 Some have argued that since few shots were given in early 2021, heart-related deaths
10 would not have increased until the second quarter if there was a correlation between the
11 two. However, other data show there was a rapid rise in COVID jab doses administered
12 during the first quarter of 2021 (see graph below), so it’s not outside the realm of
13 possibility that there is a correlation.
14 Also, as with all-cause mortality, the fact that heart-related deaths did NOT spike during
15 2020 suggests COVID-19 had nothing to do with the rise that occurred in the first quarter
16 of 2021.

18 Data Analyst Calls for Immediate End to COVID Jabs
19 In the conclusion of his presentation, Lausen calls for the immediate suspension of the
20 COVID jabs until correlation between the shots and death can be conclusively ruled out.
21 He also calls for:9
22  Autopsies on all who died suddenly to determine what the massive increase is due to
23  Mandatory recording of the COVID jab status of all deceased individuals, and the
24 brand used, and regular publication of these data

17 Florida Governor Calls for Grand Jury Investigation
18 I’ve reviewed data on side effects and excess mortality in the U.S. in several previous
19 articles, and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis recently did what many of us have been calling for
20 in light of those data.
21 December 13, 2022, he petitioned the Florida Supreme Court for a statewide grand jury
22 investigation of crimes and wrongdoing committed against Floridians related to the
23 COVID-19 jabs.11 According to the governor’s press release:12
24 “The pharmaceutical industry and the FDA have refused to release patient-level data for
25 independent researchers.
26 Meanwhile, the COVID-19 vaccines produced by Pfizer and Moderna have received FDA
27 approval for pediatric and adult patients and continue to be marketed as safe and effective,
28 even though the vaccines do not prevent transmission and adverse events have been
29 minimized and disregarded by the Biden Administration and Big Pharma.
30 In response, Governor DeSantis has filed a petition to impanel a statewide grand jury to
31 investigate crimes and wrongs in Florida related to the COVID-19 vaccines and further
32 recommend enforcement methods.”

34 DeSantis is also implementing autopsy surveillance of post-jab sudden deaths, and has
35 established a Public Health Integrity Committee, an independent group of expert
36 researchers “charged with assessing federal decisions, recommendations, and guidance

38 tailored for Florida’s communities and priorities.”

12 vials allegedly because of Intellectual Property Rights, etc. Well, if the TGA for whatever
13 spurious reasons conceal contaminations then the Federal government might not be aware of
14 such contaminations and neither could then deemed to make a “reasonable” objections whereas
15 if the TGA were to have done a proper investigation of the content of the vials and reported its
16 finding to the Commonwealth (the customer) then the Commonwealth may very well have had
17 objections. Moreover, the TGA would not have any clue if the production facilities used in the
18 alternative was any good unless it had the final product to check out. By then the product has
19 already been manufactured and Novavax could argue too late to object. Obviously one cannot
20 make any “informed” decision to approve an alternative production facility not having a clue
21 what the end product is about. Where the FDA reportedly closed down production sites due to
22 contaminations and other concerns then surely Australia could not be bound to any kind of
23 agreement where faulty items were to eventuate at a later time.

13 Susette Kelo is about to get her day in court.
14 This past September, the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear a case brought by Kelo and her fellow
15 homeowners in the Fort Trumbull neighborhood of New London, Conn., challenging the right of municipal
16 authorities to take their houses by eminent domain.
17 The case has attracted much attention because it is the first time such a case has come before the U.S.
18 Supreme Court in 50 years and because it represents an opportunity to re-examine what some regard as a
19 growing trend by state and municipal authorities to abuse the right of eminent domain.
20 Jerold Kayden, the Frank Backus Williams Professor of Urban Planning and Design at the Graduate School
21 of Design, has been watching this case carefully for what it may presage about the future of property rights in
22 the United States. On Nov. 16, he gave a talk on the subject sponsored by the Kennedy School of
23 Government's Taubman Center for State and Local Government.
24 "Can a single-family house and land be taken through eminent domain and turned over to a private developer
25 to generate increased jobs and tax revenue? That is in essence the case that is now coming before the
26 Supreme Court," Kayden said.
27 Kayden explained that the right of eminent domain is sanctioned through implication by a phrase in the Fifth
28 Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. The phrase rounds out a list of protections against unfair government
29 interference, stating, "nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." The
30 nature of just compensation is always at issue in such cases, Kayden said, with property owners asking for
31 more and government authorities offering less. What is more significant for Kelo v. New London, however,
32 is the interpretation of the words, "public use."
33 The issue first came before the Supreme Court in 1954 in the case Berman v. Parker when a department store
34 owner in Washington, D.C., sued to prevent the government from demolishing his store to make way for an
35 urban renewal project. Berman contended that it was unconstitutional to take his property under those
36 circumstances, but the court ruled against him, saying that eminent domain was justified because the project
37 was in the interest of the community.
38 That case set the stage for other cases in which governments took the property of private individuals not only
39 for traditional public uses like highways, schools, or reservoirs, but also to replace "blighted" areas with new
40 construction expected to create new jobs and bring in higher tax revenues.
41 For example, in the late 1970s, General Motors approached Coleman Young, then mayor of Detroit, with a
42 request to build a Cadillac plant in a residential neighborhood known as Poletown. On the one hand, the plant
43 would bring jobs and generate tax revenues, but, on the other, a settled neighborhood would be destroyed.
44 "It was a terrible choice. How do you even begin to decide a case like this? In the end, Young went along
45 with General Motors, and the Michigan Supreme Court sided with the government."
46 In deciding this case in 1981, the court ruled that the government's decision to take the land was acceptable.
47 But such cases are open to interpretation, a fact that was illustrated earlier this year when the Michigan
48 Supreme Court reversed its 1981 decision by its ruling on a similar case, Wayne County v. Hathcock. The
49 court ruled that the county could not use eminent domain to take the property of people living near an airport
50 to clear the way for an economic development scheme known as the Pinnacle Project. The court ruled that
51 the land could be taken if, for example, it could be shown to be blighted, but this was not the case.
52 Susette Kelo and the other residents of Fort Trumbull also firmly deny that their property is blighted, but
53 what is at issue here is whether property can be taken simply because an alternative use of that property
54 would produce greater economic benefits. In the Fort Trumbull example, the city of New London, Conn.,
55 wants to replace the residential area with offices and parking, among other things.
56 "It could be argued that a neighborhood of single-family houses is simply underperforming property,"
57 Kayden said in answer to a question. "It doesn't generate very much revenue compared with other uses.
58 Consequently, one might label it as blight."

1 Kayden would not predict how the U.S. Supreme Court would rule on this case, although he did speculate
2 about the many different aspects of the case that the court might weigh in making its decision. The court
3 might reconsider the purpose of the Constitution's "just compensation" clause, perhaps taking into account
4 the value of the individual's identity and history or the "demoralization costs" incurred when people are
5 forced to give up their homes to make way for a hotel or a block of high-priced condos. Or the court may
6 shift the burden of decision back on the state courts.

26 the Commissioner did not explain why Word's purpose of advancing religion – a charitable purpose having,
27 ex hypothesi, benefit to the public, and carried out on a substantial basis financially speaking – caused it to
28 lack a public character or not to serve a public purpose.

13 Parliament will very materially add to the passage of the Bill when presented to the people
14 for their vote. Having that thought in mind, I have resolved on this occasion to vote for the
15 inclusion of the provision in the Constitution at this stage. It will be remembered that I
16 urged and held then that ultimately, before the matter could be effectively dealt with, it
17 would require to be handed over to the Federal Parliament. My view was that the states
18 which undertook to legislate upon this subject would find that, with a population so
19 migratory as ours, the difficulty is too great, and would have to ask the Federal Parliament

9 other words Novavax while seeking not just to protect its own Intellectual Property Rights but
10 also seeking to claim the Intellectual Property Rights that the Commonwealth of Australia may
11 have associated with the product it also seeks the violation of a third party Intellectual Property
12 rights to be permitted. Essential Novavax want to have the cake and eat it. Don’t you dare to
13 infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of Novavax as the law protects it but when it comes to
14 Novavax violating other parties Intellectual Property Rights well then the law is an ass and
15 ignore it.
16 Obviously the Federal Government would have no such constitutional powers because it would
17 be bound by what legislation is in force. It cannot do an “acquisition” because it would not be for
18 “Commonwealth purposes”.

40 price. The price is a condition to be determined before the sale is made.
41 Sir JOHN FORREST.-I thought that where property was not to be used exclusively
42 by the Commonwealth there was to be no absolute power in the Commonwealth to
43 take it over.
44 Mr. BARTON.-I understood that the feeling of the committee was that the
45 Commonwealth should have the option of saying whether it would or would not take over
46 any property, but that the state should be able to arrange with the Commonwealth as to the
47 price to be paid for any property taken over. If the parties cannot agree, the price is to be

1 determined according to the law of the state in regard to the acquisition of property for
2 public purposes.

5 In my view the Commonwealth cannot take over the right of any Australian to sue a
6 pharmaceutical company merely as to so to say please some foreign entity and nothing to do
7 with “public purposes. Neither can the Commonwealth restrict any victim to sue for the damages
8 the pharmaceutical company. Fancy a motor vehicle having defects and the motor vehicle
9 manufacturer no longer be liable for such defects. Those so called ‘vaccines” never were truly

12 There is a lot more to come as I have for the last 3 years been working on this and had the

23 as that was not going to work out. So, I decided to go into the tool storage room to see what we
24 had, I then checked material stock holding and also the machine manuals and well within hours I
25 had the solution how with one machine I could overcome the backlog and didn’t need the second
26 machine whatsoever. Within 2 months I had gotten rid of the backlog as well as was ahead of
27 production. And this is what I view is leadership. Now being some weasel blaming whomever

2 “common sense” and adapt to the circumstances. While I refer to Premier Daniel Andrews the
3 same absurdity can be held against Scott Morrison, “Travelling Pete” (Anthony Albanese, the

5 numerous others. Their legacy is of sheer incompetence and failing to consider the health and
6 wellbeing of citizens before joining as a puppet-on-a-sting the madness of world control and the
7 idiotic climate change control W.E.F., WHO, U.N. etc.
8 The idiocy of a purported (albeit unconstitutional) “National Cabinet” may underline they are not
9 interested to act within the rule of law but obsessed to gain more power.

12 wishing to hold a public office must complete a management consulting bureau test and the
13 result placed before electors when an elation is due as to whom shall be Attorney-General, and
14 other office holders so we no longer have the kind of crap we now are getting.

17 foreshadowed if the Governor-General was not appointed by the Monarch on recommendation of

21 of signatures to be able to stand as a candidate defies the very legal principle the Framers of the

36 General should never be the lap-dog of the Government of the Day because as we have
37 witnessed when the government blatantly violates constitutional limitations the Governor-
