19 manufacturing price of any particular medication/vaccine is and then can set the price for each
20 item but with it consideration that any funding from any State also be refunded from any profits
21 that are made. As such, also cutting down the price increases that are unjustifiable and also
22 closing the loopholes to fund politicians so they can ensure to vote for legislation to suit
23 pharmaceutical companies. Also to prevent any direct/indirect financial kickbacks to the medical

2 The National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
3 (colloquially “CDC Foundation”) was created by Section 201, subsection 399F of
4 the Preventative Health Amendments of 1992 (H.R. 3635). It was passed by
5 Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush on October 27, 1992.

7 purpose of the CDC Foundation. Subsection (a) reads:

24 The CDC has a webpage specifically stating the disclaimer that it and the CDC Foundation
25 are independent of one another. That’s like saying Google and Youtube are two different
26 companies.
27 The CDC is a quasi-government agency at best. It presents itself as a government
28 agency because it receives billions in tax dollars every year. But it also receives
29 funding from private corporations and organizations with vested interests. There are
30 no specific restrictions, other than an ethics code, enumerated in the law related to CDC
31 Foundation endowments. For those unfamiliar, unrestricted endowments mean that the
32 funds are “meant to be used for operations or programs that are consistent with the
33 wishes of the donor(s).”

38 power they could face the same accountability. And this is why special constitutional provisions
39 must be in place to ensure that when there is a serious complaint against a politician then there is

24 conditions through early public hygiene programs and lessening the capitalist

28 won as public sentiment turned against the horrific effects of the smallpox
29 vaccination, banishing these deadly diseases to the past.

31 mirrored smallpox, and few are even aware this disease previously was a horrendous
32 plague.
