8 bring some common sense to the Parliament. However, we just watched a video titled:

25 comments how they could be applied to others.

27 I understand you son is/was a drug addict and many made clear we should consider to assist drug
28 addicts rather than denounce them, this even so many end up robbing their innocent victims to
29 fund their drug habit, etc. We in Victoria even have facilities for drug addicts. There can be no
30 doubt that some drug addicts can and at time to my understanding are a danger to society and so
31 why not use your rhetoric to do as you view is appropriate for the unvaccinated? After all, drug
32 peddles are also targeting the youth, etc, and so if those on illicit drugs didn’t buy from drug
33 dealers then their customer service would dry up.

35 I used to have the impression you were very much pursuing what was right for soldiers and so
36 veterans. Using your wording “You will be held accountable for that choice” and “You have a
37 choice we all have a choice.” Is that meaning that soldiers who commit suicde as result of their
38 military service do not attract any sympathy as they made the choice to join the armed forces and
39 so should accept the consequences? As you stated as I understood it to be “Being an Adult”. So
40 Why the heck should we then be a bit concerned about how many veterans and current soldiers
41 commit suicide, using your kind of reasoning? Or are you using DOUBLE STANDARDS that
42 you have preference groups which are standing out?
43 Yes, I was drafted in the Royal Dutch Army and served in NATO at the then IRON CURTAIN
44 and knew that at any time the East German soldiers (who were trigger happy) could blow my

14 Olga, my wife, last week turned 89 and well she lived through WWII and well also through
15 about 24 years of communism and she gives me the understanding that the conditions are far
16 worse than she ever lived through. She is a heart patient and for her to be jabbed more than
17 likely would kill her, but as you made clear, as I understood it “FREEDOM OF THE
18 UNVACCINATED MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE VACCINATED” and this to rebuke
19 Senator Pauline Hanson seeking to stop any medical discrimination.

17 prove vaccination or be refused service, as my wife and I had no on various occasions.

19 In case you lack the intelligence to understand it Commonwealth law is superior to the
20 States/Territories and as such it is in fact unlawful to demand evidence of vaccination!

22 More over, when I was an INDPENDENT candidate in the 2001 federal election (Jagajaga) I

34 decisions/orders and convicted me.

36 I appealed both conviction (also of 2004) as always representing myself and both appeals were
37 upheld without a single challenge by the AEC and/or any of the Attorney-Generals. Hence, I
38 proved to be right all along.

40 Now part of my case was also that Section 116 provide for “religious liberty” and as such no
41 Australian parliament can limit this “religious liberty” other where such conduct (see above)
42 deemed to be cruel, etc. As that would not be a law against religion but against cruelty. Likewise
43 I placed (unchallenged) also before the court that vaccination cannot be questioned.

2 It has been claimed that the Chinese isolated” SARS-CoV-2 virus and then provided the “genetic
3 code which allegedly was downloaded and within allegedly 2 hours the “vaccine” was created.
4 Just that the Chinese CDC denied they “isolated” the virus. As such the genetic code that was
5 provided may merely have been a computer generated design what was sought to be achieved.

38 Hence, I view that the court in Palmer v WA was utterly and totally wrong to claim that
39 somehow a State can violate Section 92.

8 it to you but by proving it was “isolated” using the Koch protocol. Then you have to prove that
9 the States/Territories actually have constitutional legislative, executive, administrative powers to
10 override the legal provisions of the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth).
11 Then you have to prove that the Federal government entered into any agreement/contract within
12 the legislative provisions applicable.

14 As I wrote to the Australian federal Police the commonwealth had no legislative powers to enter
15 into such contract. How absurd that the Federal government entered into any contract where the
16 very citizens who are directly/indirectly forced to be jabbed are denied appropriate knowledge
17 what is contained in their so called “vaccines”.

19 Obviously, it seems to me, you never learned a lesson about the Iraq WMD (Weapons of Mass
20 Destruction) deception and the mass murder that is related to it, and so the war crimes, etc. I
21 understood that the then Minister for Defence claimed that the vaccinations were harmless. Yet I
22 understand that many female soldiers later discovered to have become infertile. But why on earth
23 would you bother with such minor details of women being deceived and robbed of their natural
24 rights as after all you are championing that people like my wife and myself made out own
25 decision and so should be held (unlawfully that is) accountable. Then why on earth are you in
26 the parliament if you are to my understanding supporting the violation of the very laws, such as
27 the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth) you voted for?

44 to be denied any oversight as to his creation of the unconstitutional “NATIONAL CABINET”

5 UNVACCINATED”, etc, actually I understand are directed to leaders of all countries by a
6 advertising agency that is paid for and working for the pharmaceutical companies. I understand
7 that the federal government entered unconstitutionally into an agreement with pharmaceutical
8 companies like Pfizer that Pfizer effectively dictates the federal government what it can or
9 cannot do. Just that any such contract would be unconstitutional, but I assume you lack the
10 brains to understand this considering your undignified attack against the “unvaccinated’.
11 I already submitted to the Australian Federal Police numerous material/details regarding this.

13 I have not worn a face mask in 2020 and/or 2021, and yes the Victorian Police on 10 August
14 2020 informed me that it was unlawful and I would be summons to court. I responded that I am
15 well prepared for going to court. (the video recorded this) but seems to have decided not to take
16 me on. On 28 August 2020 I was assaulted by a man about 1/3 my age because of not wearing a
17 mask that scared the living daylight out of my wife, that if she was to be attacked like that it
18 more than likely could cause her dead. But, well your statement seems to be very clear to me to
19 mean the hell with peoples medical condition they should all accept this POISONOUS injection
20 regardless if they become harmed or even die. Let the people who voted you into office
21 remember this when there is an election going on!
22 As long as no one is given appropriate information what is contained in the vials then no one can
23 or could have made an “informed decision”.
24 As for your uneducated and misinformed decision that unvaccinated people are spreading a (non-
25 existing) disease reality is that for example in Israel, Gibraltar, Iceland, and many other countries
26 the dead rate is skyrocketing because of the vaccinated people dying off. It are the vaccinated
27 people who are “shedding” and placing non-vaccinated as well as vaccinated persons in danger.

30 graphene” or even with something containing very small eggs? Again I provided details to the
31 Australian Federal Police.

1 Well, I got news for you. Any alleged agreement/contract that was entered into in violation of

3 means that the conspiracy those in the federal government was involved in actually could

41 or so. Surely anyone with a brain would realise that INFLUENZA wasn’t taking a holiday. They
